So my husband had some “kitchen hack” work done over his lifetime and we went to several professional shops around the Sacramento area when we stopped in to Fat Cat for some advice on fixing the bad art work my husband has on his arm. First the guy at the front was so welcoming, he was extremely personable and took time out of his day to really talk about possibilities and options without making you feel like he was doing you some kind of favor like most other shops seem to do. Next he introduced my husband to the owner, Chris Aguilar and let me just say WOW he was so kind and welcoming spent a bunch of time consulting on what to do and honestly he just has a way about him that makes you feel like you’re a friend. Not only did he take a bunch of time with us but he made it very clear he isn’t about only helping the people who can spend thousands of dollars, because that definitely wasn’t our situation he explained he is there for the long term not just money.
He called my hubby that night and got him in the next day and spent several hours for a great price with him the end result was a night and day difference!!!! He did a beautiful job and I can say for sure we will NEVER go anywhere else !!! Every single person. In this shop was awesome it is such Family oriented atmosphere (he even gave us a hug when we left, and I loved that!) I cannot say enough about how great this place is!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! We will be seeing you again soon.

Fat cat tattoos is one of the best tattoo shops I've been to. Not only are the people here professional and amazing at there skill but they are kind. They have never made me feel like another tattoo or piercing to do, I wish the best of luck to Those who work at this fine establishment.

They charged me 300 for 3 small butterflies and they aren’t even shaded in. They said if I used my card they would’ve charged me an extra 50 dollars so I had to go get cash. I do not recommend coming here, they really take advantage of people who don’t know anything about tattoo prices. Everybody I’ve told said that the price is ridiculous and that they really ripped me off.

Just got a dermal and I'm in love with it
It was easy, fast, and I didn't really feel it. I loved Tina's vibes, she's amazing 100/10 would definitely recommend to anyone. I will 100% go back for more piercings

Wonderful! Tina took less than 20 minutes to pierce me, my best friend and her boyfriend. We all had minimal pain and are very happy with the end result! 10/10 would recommend!

Tina is the best for piercings as several others have noted in previous reviews and now I see why. Recently took my daughter here for a nose and cartilage piercing. It was clean and the staff was very friendly for a tattoo shop (been in more than a few). Tina was very skilled and concerned for her comfort. She took time to fully clean the area and teach her how to care for it. 10/10

Not only did they accommodate me and my husband but were friendly ... Even the artists who didn't tattoo us. We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in. Chris did my husband's and Greysen did mine and both tattoos exceeded our expectations. This is the only place I will go from now on

I was scared to get a piercing with a needle as I have only used a gun before. I decided to go to a professional piercing shop for my upper ear. Chris was very kind and able to make me feel relaxed. The piercing was fast! Way less painful than the gun. It has been three days since my piercing, there is no swelling, no redness, and no discomfort! I am planning to bring my husband by to get his ear pierced and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get some piercing done.

Joey L. Did my tattoo, his work awesome! He has a great hand for tattooing, it almost feels as if he puts numbing medicine yet all his lines are well defined and the shading is beautiful. Joey is a great artist over all.
