Hands down the BEST! Blue is very welcoming, his studio is very clean and private and it was painless and perfect! I am SO happy with my expertinence and my tattoo and am waiting on his design for my next one. I highly recommend Los Angeles Tattoo. (I’m even bringing my 81 year old mom to Blue because a tattoo is on her bucket list)
