I recently went with my cousin to get an industrial and it went great!! Post-piercing is healing wonderfully and stopped hurting after a few days. I had Juan do my piercing and he was real gentle and calm. Explained every part of the process to me, him being chill and fun helped out, so def ask for him. They were clean as well.
10/10 would pierce there again.

Great shop. Super clean and really friendly people. I had 2 piercings done as a walk in. They worked me right in and did a great job. Very efficient and reasonably priced. I'll definitely return.

McKayla is awesome! Went as a walk-in for a touch-up on a 20 year old finger tattoo. She was able to help me create a simple design to add to my old tattoo (I was no help lol). She was working with an old, crooked tattoo and gave it new life! Couldn’t be happier with the outcome❤️❤️❤️

Came in for a piercing and they told me that it would be an hour and a half wait, which I was fine having to wait, then they made me write down my number so they could call me. I went to a neighboring restaurant to eat while I got the call, which never came. I arrived at 7:45 back to the shop cause I hadn’t heard from them just to find that they had closed the shop. Their door says that they close at 9pm! I didn’t even get a call from them to say that they wouldn’t be able to see me after all and to reschedule. Such horrible customer service and work ethic. Definitely looking for some place else.

My husband got a tattoo from Juan Carlos and the detail is insane! He, too, is already planning his next one and referring friends. We won't go anywhere else for our tattoos again. This is it for us. I went in June and got my first tattoo, a 10 inch tattoo, I just haven’t had time to write a review, but it was really good! I love it! My artist was very light handed and I have a horrible pain tolerance but it wasn’t bad at all! I definitely will be going back when I get another! It was a great price for the great quality of work.

Juan did a touch up and added something new to my original tat I had done in chicago.I like how they interact with their clientele, not once did I feel unwelcomed.
He made sure his customers followed the shop guidelines as well.
