The store is clean and well-decorated, and every one of the staff I’ve interacted with (including social media) was super friendly and helpful. I really like the vibes here. I also appreciate that masks are still mandatory and that they guided me to keep my mask on while being pierced without it interfering with the process, to help maintain everyone’s safety even if we were all fully vaccinated. All staff are masked also! I got my septum done by Kyle.
Kyle was professional, friendly, and super reassuring. He informed me of what he was doing at every step which I super appreciate and helped my nerves. A lot of care was taken in ensuring I was happy with my piercing and it was placed correctly! Got a bad septum piercing 3 months ago and showed him why I didn’t like it and he ensured me he’d check to make sure he can pierce it where I wanted and if he couldn’t he’d let me know. The internally threaded jewelry was also a plus. He also gave me info on how to clean and care for my new piercing.
Definitely considering getting my first tattoo done at Black Cobra!

Called ahead to schedule a piercing appt for me and 2 friends and was told there was no need to make one just show up before a certain time. The place was extremely clean. They made us use hand sanitizer 3 separate times, which was a little overkill but fine. There was only 1 other person in there and she was getting a tattoo.The problem I had was the fact that they acted like it was an issue to do 3 piercings when they had told us it wouldn’t be. They said they’d only do 2. There was plenty of time to do a piercing that literally took maybe 10 mins at the most. So unfortunately I wasn’t able to get mine done and before the owner gets on here and gets bent out of shape, no I didn’t sign in bc THEY WOULDN’T DO MINE. So I went elsewhere and got it done for almost half the price and that place did a great job. I don’t think this is a bad place to go, but the customer service just wasn’t very accommodating..maybe it was just that day but it left a bad taste in my mouth and I won’t be back.

I absolutely loved Kyle and Kade that did my piercings, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and sweet. They made sure I was okay with everything with the set up for the piercings and after. And went into great detail with aftercare. I'm in love with my piercings and I love the atmosphere of the shop, I am definitely going to be coming back for more piercings and tattoos. :)

Very professional friendly staff. Easy to talk to about scheduling and design ideas. Matt, my artist, was easy to contact before the appointment and the coolest down to earth guy during the tattoo session. Great experience! Highly recommend this shop for the absolute best tattoo experience I've ever encountered, having 4 previous tats from other establishments. Awesome background music as well. 😎

I’ve had 4 tattoo appointments with Matt and every visit has been beyond stellar. The shop is incredibly clean...they have so many safety/cleanliness factors in place. They’re also great at communication leading up to the appointment. The whole crew at Black Cobra is super talented, friendly, and so enjoyable to chat with during the appointment. I drive 5.5 hours just to come to this shop, so I’m super thankful for Carah taking the extra time to find appointments that work with my schedule. Matt’s work is out of this world, I get compliments everywhere I go. This shop is absolutely worth the drive and they’re the only shop I’ll ever use for tattoos/piercings, and the only shop I recommend to my friends. Thanks y’all for being so awesome!!!

I've been to several different tattoo studios across the country and Black Cobra is by far one of the best one ever been to. Everyone is super friendly and super talented. I had a full sleeve done here and just started a second. Can't ask for a better place to get a tattoo than Black Cobra.

Absolutely fantastic shop, beyond impressed with their safety protocols and friendliness. Josh Henderson has never disappointing on the artwork he tattoos and this time was no different. He really made my idea for a tattoo become something that exceeded expectations. Will continue to make the 4 hour drive to get stellar artwork done. Glad that Black Cobra added a great artist to the team.
