We were told we could come in at 7 p.m.! We got there after we were told to stay would take care of our tattoo need to be told an exorbitant price and that they wouldn't be able to get to it until another night. Wasted 3 hours on these jerks! We drove to Bryant and got a great tattoo from what I consider to be a better artist. Definitely much friendlier and a cleaner shop. I'll never go back to this shop! I'll take my business elsewhere and I intend on getting a lot more tattoos and definitely they won't get my money.

Everytime I come home to Hot Springs I go to intenze images to get another piece of art from Tony. He runs a clean and comfortable establishment and is fantastic at what he does. Id strongly recommend Tony over any other artist in the Hot Springs area.

You can't go wrong with Intenze Images. Bones (Tony) is one of the best tattooers I've had the pleasure to get some work done by him. Can't wait to get some freehand tatts done...Anything goes...

Horrible owner! My daughter came in 2 times to ask about getting a tattoo. Owner was rude, unprofessional, yelling and cussing at my daughter! This man is a barbarian! There were customers in the parlor who had to be subjected to his fury! Customers don't take kindly to this type of treatment! Our money is hard earned and is going to be spent elsewhere. Stay away!

I got my first tattoo last week. I was scared and nervous about the pain and the whole experience. I can’t brag enough how clean the shop was and professional the whole experience was. My tattoo guy was soooo nice . Didn’t question my tattoo ( it’s a song lyric with a lot of meaning to me) the price was very VERY reasonable.. and it was a super awesome experience. I’ll be going back for more tattoos. Can’t recommend this place enough!
