I went in as a first timer for some piercings. Shea was great at explaining the process and extremely knowledgeable. She had a very calm demeanor and wonderful bedside manner which really helped, too. I had an issue with one of the piercings and had to go back a few hours later. She quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested a workable plan. Great place for a piercing, especially if it's your first time.

I had my nose pierced at Brainstorm and the service was quick and they were insanely busy! I was a walk-in, but they took excellent care of me. They double checked where I wanted the piercing and gave me a great stud, and told me how to take care of it. Didn’t hurt much at all! These guys are very clean and swift about their piercings! I’m coming in soon to get my septum pierced, and I am very excited.

I've gotten a tattoo done here, and the wait can be long or short depending on when you enter. This past weekend, we got there right as they opened for a walk-in. They were honest and friendly and did a great job with timing and design. I've also gotten my helix pierced here, which went well. It was a clean process. The artists are typically talkative. And, as a bonus, the design is cool.

I went in for a nose piercing last night and it was almost closing time. They still took me in and made me feel welcome. You know how some places don't like it when you come in close to closing time. The place is full of positive energy and the artwork on the walls will keep you distracted for hours. They have to best artists in town and I highly recommend that if you want tattoo work done you should definitely go these guys. The piercer is wonderful as well. Thanks guys!

The staff and artists are professional, kind, and informative. I went to get my nose pierced and to check out the establishment. Shea, Master Piercing Technician was so professional and kind. I felt only a slight pinch, it was not painful. I reccomed her to anyone looking to get a piercing.
Later I will go back for my tattoo journey. I have a whole list.

Great experience! Went in for a quote and consult a week prior and decided to try my luck as a walk-in on a Saturday. My tattoo is beautifully sized, placed, and shaded. Very happy with the work, friendliness of everyone at the shop, and the pricing. I will definitely be back. If you are interested in a walk in- my advice is to arrive right when they open at noon. I was in and out by 1:15pm. Thanks, guys!

I went in to get my traguses pierced and the service was phenomenal. Drew was so awesome that I didn't even feel it. They're also very level and even on each side, which some piercers have problems with, but not this one! Would definitely recommend for any piercings, even though I cannot yet vouch for the tattoo artists! :)

Just went in to get some ear rings changed out. Other person who did them used butterfly backs and they were really uncomfortable. The woman who helped me was so nice and patient. Didn't shame me or anything. She gave me a fair price and was so gentle changing out the jewelry. I will be coming back to get some more piercings done soon!

Good luck with this place. The artist wouldn't even see me. They immediately refused to work on a touch up for me or discuss it.
I had planned to do more work and have some additional pieces done but they weren't interested, at all. I asked why they would turn down work and they just said they were too busy.
Extremely rude, very bad experience. Would not recommend.

I came in for a tattoo in memory of my son. The staff treated this matter with sensitivity and were very professional. On the day of my appointment, Jed had set up the perfect design for me and made sure everything was just how I wanted it. He was the picture perfect tattoo artist! He carried on just enough conversation to keep it from bring awkward, he worked very quickly and neatly, and there was very little pain.
The tattoo healed perfectly, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
I absolutely recommend this place to anyone thinking about getting a tattoo!
