Adam, the artist did a phenomenal job on my tattoo. The owner/manager on the other hand was very rude and unprofessional. I feel bad because the artist are so good but have to work for a lady that is rude to customers.

Wanted a tattoo of an old time Singer sewing machine. Stopped in and took a look at some portfolios and I liked Kevin's work. He did not disappoint and was professional and yet funny. The shop was clean, bright and overall it was a great experience.

The lady literally told us to get the F out because we felt like we were being over charged for a very small tattoo.. 250. For a tiny hand tattoo without detail. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I will not return to that shop at all.

It’s called psycho ink for a reason. The owner is insane do not let her touch you with a needle. The other artists are good but she is unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. They rip you off with the prices you’d be better off going somewhere else.

The artist in this shop have no professionalism at all, grabbing papers out of customers hands when we said we didn’t want to get a certain size tattoo, an shoved papers in our face (literally) just to prove her point that she was not a talented enough artist.
Would suggest not to come here.
