I came in now that one of my piercings (which I got recently in a different shop) seemed too small. Pat was wonderful the best customer service I have seen. He even took the time to explain to me about jewelry and proper aftercare. Thank you so much Pat!!!!

The receptionist Kasey was so sweet when doing the paperwork for our appointment. Pat pierced my friend and was so informative and knowledgeable about piercings. He was also so kind and did a great job during the appointment. :)

We brought my elderly grandmother in on Saturday afternoon to cross a helix piercing off her bucket list. They got her in right away and were so sweet to her. Pat was so gentle and patient which helped her stay calm and relaxed. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks, Pat!

Such a great experience. The people at the front desk were so kind and welcoming, and Pat was incredible. I got my rook and conch pierced, which I've heard can be pretty painful, but he did such a good job that I barely felt it. Would highly recommend!

I absolutely love the tattoo I got done! I got to work with Amber and her work is absolutely stunning, I cannot reccommend her enough! Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience with dedicated and talented artists.

Where do I start with this incredible shop. First off, the cleanliness and vibe of the shop right when you enter was top notch. Kasey greeted us and was beyond welcoming and polite. Immediately me and my best friend were comfortable and excited to be there. Our artist Ender came to meet us and got the info of what we wanted and went to work on getting us set up immediately. Talk about a knowledgeable artist. Ender was professional and personable while making us laugh and feel even more comfortable then we already were. The work was exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. I will absolutely be back for my future work. Guaranteed!

I’m new to Az and got recommended to this place for a tattoo , went in for a quote and the lady at the counter so was rude. Tried telling her I wanted a quote on an idea but wanted to sit with an artist to create it . Her energy was so off , killed the whole vibe. Made faces ,wasn’t friendly at all . At one point she was like you should know what you want and shouldn’t have to sit with an artist . I tried explaining I knew what I wanted but still wanted to sit with artist . Her name was Casey

Amber's fine line work was incredible, she cares about her art work very much and has great attention to detail. I plan on going back to her each time I get a tattoo, she does an awesome job. Thanks Amber!

I got both nipples pierced by Pat and had a great experience! He was very informative and kind. Pain was minimal. Thank you Pat for being so nice and accommodating!
