Awesome tattoo shop! I went to several tattoo shops in the area until I found one that I was comfortable with! Everyone I went to wanted to talk money and would barely even look at the picture that I was trying to get done....Matt Elkins and these guys cared more about the art work and giving me the quality of tattoo I wanted first and foremost! My first tattoo with them just finished healing and I already have an appointment set for my second tattoo with Matt Elkins! I was amazed at how Matt Elkins was able to make the picture I brought him a hundred times better than I could even imagine! I would definitely recommend Matt Elkins and Fateless Custom Art & Tattoo!

I will be going on my 3rd session with Joe Gurmo and I have to say his attention to detail is unbelievable. He fixed my half sleeve that I had done a few years ago at another place that I was never really happy with and also finished up my sleeve with some pieces that were very important to me and I never once doubted his work. He has Unbelievable talent.

Made my first tattoo experience the best. I got to watch Star Wars while getting my Star Wars tattoo! It was Awesome and at great price for a fantastic pice of art. And the staff was fantastic and supper friendly! I would defiantly recommend to anyone! Joe is amazing!

I was in for Rob, getting a piercing. Here's the thing amazing thing with Rob. He's super informative, very professional, and was super patient and understanding when it came to the initial anxiety about getting pierced. Took the time to make sure that I was okay between each, and even gave me that "Hey, that wasn't so bad!" After being complete.

I will always recommend Rob when it comes to a piercing.

After years of procrastination I finally decided to get my sleeves started. I read reviews on the three local shops and Krazy 8 Tat2 had the best. Now, its been roughly 9 years since I've had any ink done so I was a little apprehensive walking in. I met Joe at the door and we went over some ideas for my tatt. He came up with some great ideas and actually fit me in that day between two other appointments, which was perfect since I would have had to wait another week for a day off. I left and came back a couple hours later, the design he came up with was beautiful and after a few adjustments we went to it. After a few hours of great conversation with everyone at the shop, the tatt came out better than I could have ever imagined! I love the design and cant stop looking it. The shop was very clean and Joe was almost to concerned about cross-contamination which was fine by me. Go get you work done here you wont regret it!

Was not pleased at all with my Experience! I have gotten alot of Tattoos in my life and this was the worst experience I ever had. I made an appointment with Matt Elkins for 6/20/19 for me and my wife. I set the appointment Down for half day. Appointment for my wife was at 2 o'clock and mine was for 3:00. My wife was unable to make it because she got called into work the night before. I notified Matt she would not make it in do to her working the night before at 11:30. I also notified him I will be late. Because i got out of work late driving all the way from North Scottsdale. He said that was fine we just wouldn't probably get everything done. I Arrived at 4:20 excited to get some new work done. The moment he came out to speak to me he had major attitude and was very unprofessional. He had me start filling out there paper work. While he went back to start drawing up the tattoo that I had talked to him about a month prior. I also sent him pictures a month prior of everything i wanted so he can get it drawn up for me. As Matt requested. He was not prepared and very rude. I got done feeling out paper work and set on there couch waiting for him to draw up the tattoo. Which is fine that is what an artist is supposed to do. He then comes out with attitude and being super short and rude he then shows me what he drawn up. It was nothing like the pictures I sent him or what we talked about previously. I tried talking to him and explaining what I was wanting. All he had was an attitude and being very short. I take full responsibility for being late that is my fault and I did apologize to him. I would have been more than happy to pay him for his time he was waiting for me. I would have tipped him and gave him extra money for a great tattoo and for his time. Because I too run a business and know how it is. All I got from the moment I got there was Attitude rudeness and throwing a fit like a kid. Unprofessional! I told myself this is not a good situation. I told Matt I will not be getting any work done from him today. Then I asked him to get the owner to let him know how unprofessional and not good business this was. He did return my $100 deposit thankfully. But this was such a disappointment. I've been waiting over a month to get new work done.
