Matt's a nice dude, but I would NOT get tattooed here if you are looking for high level professional tattoing. I was very disappointed in the work Matt did on a large leg piece- novice/early career coloring and shading and was not open to fixing the errors in the work.

I’ve been tattooed here a number of times, and every-time has been superb. Matt is one of the coolest guys for starters, but he’s also the best tattoo artist in northern Arizona. One of the best tattoo experiences I have ever had. The shop is always clean, Mat is very professional and gives his honest opinions on the work you want. I also really like that he moves at a quick pace. I have a couple of autoimmune diseases so it helps to not have to sit longer than needed. I would definitely recommend this shop!

Matt was phenominal to work with. I met up with him to go over a tattoo a few months prior to my appointment. Yes he was booked that far out, and for good reason. Ive had ink jobs done where the artist would do like 1/8" and wipe for 5 to 10 seconds and charge by the hour. Matt would go until he couldnt see anymore or until ink ran out, then wiped. He was quick and very detailed in my army tribute tattoos. I did 2 in one sitting with him. Funnier than hell and easy to get stabbed a few million times by. 5 hours in the chair between both tats and setup. Worth it. If you guys want equality, check this dude out. Defini tely going to come back to have him stab me again
