Golden Rule Tattoo

Everyone was friendly and nice. Shop was clean. Bare did my tattoos. I couldn’t be happier with the work! He listened to what I wanted and exceed my expectations. He was very attentive in making sure I was comfortable during the process. I would recommend not only this shop for anyone looking for a new or first tattoo, but I would recommend Bare to be the one to do it!

Second time getting work done first time at the new location. These guys are top-notch clean professional and very friendly. You can always get it done somewhere else cheaper but why not get the best for something that's permanent. Browse the artist to find one you like, great experience.

Been getting tattoos here for the last 4ish years, and every artist- at least when working with me- has been professional and friendly. I refer anyone I know interested in getting a tattoo to Golden Rule. They're clean, professional, talented, and engaging. I always have a good experience.

Some helpful tips for customers: 1) Be respectful. Understand that they take their job seriously- and it *is* a job. They can turn you and your request down, and you don't get to be jerk about it. 2) Be prepared to pay. As stated above, this is their job, they work hard and deserve to be fairly compensated. 3) Know what you want. They're not mind readers, so have at least a basic description of what you're looking for. 4) You should schedule in advance- walk ins happen, but don't have your heart set on it. 5) Each artist has a portfolio available for viewing, and they really do help if you're looking for a specific style.

I have been to Golden Rule multiple times and have been tattooed by multiple artists and not once have I had a bad experience. They always make me feel welcome and like they care how the tattoo looks and really are nice! I 100% would recommend Golden Rule to everyone!

Really good service nice friendly people!! I got my first tattoo 3/13/20 and I’m coming back next Friday the 13 to get another one!! John was my artist and I would highly recommend booking with him, I was scared at first but he kept reassuring me that I was doing good and almost done!!

I loved this place. Great costumer service, and my artist really worked with me to make sure we were on the same page. I love my new tattoo. Its very clean. it was done pretty quick considering the design, colors, and location.

Just started my second tattoo with Tianna! She did such an amazing job on the first one, and the second one is just as elegant, if not moreso! Highly recommend setting an appointment with her, she books up fast!

Absolutely love the shop on Roosevelt! Great artists, great front desk! Everyone is very nice, kind, helpful. They listen to your ideas work with you on times and have great ideas! Sat through a 10 hour session and Ally at the front continued to make sure I was hydrated and fed, it was super nice of her. I will be going back for more tattoos!

First off, I am not your normal tattoo guy, so take that for what it’s worth. As a tattoo newb, the feel and vibe of the building was nice, the staff was helpful and friendly and the tattoo was quality at a reasonable price. I will come back here for any other tattoos that I get. Jason Anthony was my tattoo artist.

I had been to this shop several times for my friend to get her tattoos done. I felt the tattoos were well done, the employees were professional and friendly also the place was kept very clean. I decided to visit to get my own tattoo done as well. My artist was Jake and he did an amazing Robin bird coming out of a broken cage as a tribute for my mother who passed. Jake was professional and understanding of what I was looking for. He listened to what I wanted, provided excellent feed back and ideas. Jake ended up doing a great job drawing it up and completing my tattoo. I'm proud to wear this beautiful artwork as a tribute to my wonderful Mother. I highly reccomend any of these artists.
