I just got my septum done today and I’m in love with it! I was super nervous but my piercer (I forgot his name but he has a split tongue) was really nice and explained everything thoroughly which really eased my nerves. All around a good experience and will definitely be getting future piercings done here.

Unprofessional. Not even the fact that a piercing was messed up which can occasionally happen, but the fact that they will block customers for asking what to do and keeping them updated on the healing or lack of. Do better and admit when you mess up and at least TRY to help

I definitely recommend Ace Tattoo! I’ve always gone to the same artist in Tucson for all four of my tattoos but we moved so I needed to find someone closer. I was really nervous but Mark did an AMAZING job. He is genuinely talented and I’m so glad I found a place to go to from now on. He is very patient and great at giving suggestions/explanations. Definitely recommend this shop and Mark is a great artist for sure.

Wanted to get a small tattoo done and started out walking into Platinum Ink. Decided to pass and walked into Ace and was immediately greeted and welcomed in. Mark was my artist and he is amazing. I explained to him my general idea and he worked with me to come up with the best design and size preference. He gave honest feedback and suggestions and together we came up with the best tattoo. Mark is friendly, patient and kind. He is light handed and does amazing work. Next time I am in the Phoenix area I will definitely come see him. Daughter had bars put in each side of chest. It was done very professionally. Surgical supplies, home care. The people that work here are all very nice and helpful! My cover up was quoted to me and I like the price and Owl I picked out. The artist have their work in leather books to choose from. Great experience!

I went there yesterday to get my Helix piercing (9/22/18) and I didn’t even feel the needle go through. I did feel the jewelry go through which didn’t even hurt much, everyone was telling me how to except it to be pretty painful but honestly I hardly felt it; and my pain tolerance is pretty non existent. It was a bit sharp throbbing for the rest of the night not not near as bad as I was expecting. I woke up this morning (9/23/18) and my ear doesn’t hurt at all, it a bit if I touch it but if I just leave it alone I don’t even feel it. I’m so happy with the results and the placement is perfect. I would highly recommend going here the piercer was so nice and he made me feel very comfortable and he was so gentle I give him all the credit in the world for why I’m not in as much pain as everyone else said I was going to be. I would definitely return here when I go to get my second piercing.

My wife and I wanted to get Bonnie and Clyde tattoos done and decided to go to Ace tattoos to get them done. Best decision we ever made hands down. The employees were friendly and our tattoos turned out awesome!!! I've gotten so many compliments on my tattoo as well as questions on where I had it done. I highly recommend checking them out.

My wife and I had some piercings done by Chase and couldn't be happier. He does amazing work and is very skilled. We had some pretty painful stuff done yet he made it a great experience! I highly recommend Chase@Ace for piercing work. He only uses implant grade surgical titanium jewelry.
