Oh man...I wish I could give this shop a great review. Their work seems amazing, but getting an appointment was like pulling teeth. I reached out to one artist and it took two weeks to even confirm an appointment. Then, once I confirmed a time, she all of a sudden wasn't available anymore. She recommended me to someone else, who took my call, asked for my design and then completely ghosted me.
I get it. My design wasn't big. It wasn't colorful and fun. But it was super important to me. It was in memory of the 5 children that I have lost. I'm so disappointed in this experience.
