While walk-ins are welcome when the schedule allows, scheduled appointments are always preferred. It allows time to collaborate with customers and provide them with a custom one of a kind designed tattoo. Kelly is highly creative and artistically diverse in many tattoo styles and welcomes all tattoo projects, big or small. He also specializes in cover-up work over old tattoos and scars of various types.
