Had my first piercing done by John, who was very professional and made sure I was comfortable through the whole appointment. Will be returning if I decide to get more piercings done

My experiences with tattoos at other tattoo shops were pretty good, but I would have to say evergreen is the best by far. When I went into evergreen for the first time I talked to glen about a tattoo on my neck and he didn’t try to talk me out of it, unlike other shops would. He did a fantastic job on it and I love it to this day. Danny helped me when i came in to talk to him about getting my dad a surprise tattoo for his birthday and it was an easy discussion between Danny and I. They really do work with their clients when it comes to business. Will be coming back in shortly for more work!

I decided to go get my nipples pierced here because I had gone with a friend when she got hers done a while back and the experience was awesome. Clean, thorough, and just overall awesome. But when I went there yesterday, it was completely different. It was clean, and the pricing was great, but the thoroughness and piercing itself bothered me.

There was no conversation before or after about the process, what gauge was used, or any of the standard pre-piercing convo. When it came to the actual piercing, he messed one up and had to repierce it, but didn’t offer to have me come back after it healed up. Just went straight to it after I stopped bleeding, even though I found out afterwards that that can increase chances of infection and tearing.

Not as important, but the check-in, piercing, and cash-out process were all super rushed, and felt kind of unprofessional.

***EDIT: After seeing this review, John did reach out to me, and explained I caught him on a bad day, and we resolved the situation. He was extremely kind and apologetic about it all.

Got a conch and nostril piercing. John made it a comfortable atmosphere. Was very knowledgeable. VERY CLEAN HANDS! Watched him perform hand hygiene multiple times... Left happy and excited. Piercings came out exactly what I wanted. Happy with my choice.

I've had 3 pieces done by Zoë and 1 piercing done by John so far and have been very happy with all. The studio is clean, the employees are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and I constantly get compliments on Zoë's work!

What can I say? This is my 2nd time back to Evergreen and I'm even more impressed than the first time! The piercer "John" is really cool and personable. The rest of the staff are also friendly! (They all laughed at my jokes...) quick and painless experience. I'll be back for 3 more piercings, you should go too!

I came in for a septum piercing and it was super fast! The piercer was very clean and did an awesome job. The entire process took less than 5 minutes. I didn't even feel it when I got pierced. I HIGHLY recommend this business to get pierced at.

John did an absolutely fantastic job on all the piercings I’ve had him do! He’s quick, efficient, professional, knowledgeable & has really fair pricing. Over all a great experience!

I have gotten multiple piercing done here I got my industrial pireced here about 2 year ago and had a great experience getting my first tattoo here but when it came to getting my recent piercings done here the guy was always very late to the scheduled appointments and always rushed them but he did a good job so I didn't mind. I had my septum done here, two lobe piercings and a nose hoop put in an existing piercing. The two lobe piercings fell out while I was having a very relaxing summer traveling and this wasn't user error and tonight I woke up to my hoop bring broken while both pieces being in my nose. There must be something wrong with the jewelry they use because there no reason I should have 3 of the 4 pieces fall out and or break with normal every day use.

Tymber is amazing! She was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to questions and aftercare. She did a great job on my helix.
