They were great! We drove 6 hours to the artist there, Crystal Swan, to continue work on a sleeve that she's been working on for a while. While there, they had a friendly, clean environment. The other people there were nice and polite. Crystal also has a gentle hand and does a good job with the tattoos.

Very professional from the time you walk through the doors! Artist are very professional and not just interested in popping a tattoo on you any old way, but they take the time to size and place the tattoo where it will look the best, and at the same time respecting how it fits and looks next to work you already have, and staying mindful of surrounding space for future tattoos. Really hard to find shops that actually care about your tattoo as if it was their own! And some of the best Artist in the business have landed here at this shop! very impressed with the professional experience and look forward to coming back!

Tava is SUPER GREAT at piercing! Had my nose pierced Saturday. The staff is really welcoming and the after care instructions are very detailed. The artwork and atmosphere is very cool

Recently got a second hoop in my nose done by Tava along with my girlfriend getting her septum and my cousin getting her first piercing ever. Needless to say nerves were on edge but, as soon as we walked through the doors the nervousness all went away with how Tava treated us and made us feel as if we were at home. Customer service was beyond expectations and patience was absolutely incredible not to mention the piercings went as smooth as you could possibly imagine. Will forever support and respect this shop and the employees who work here you guys are awesome!! Thank you again Tava!!

I got my belly button pierced at another tattoo shop and had the worst experience resulting in having to get it redone later on which I did here. The staff was very nice and had many choices on jewelry. Highly recommend.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I had a tattoo done here about 4 years ago and it's still in perfect condition. I have also had 2 piercings done here and they've done an excellent job on them! 10/10 recommend coming here 🤗

Me and my friends drove an hour here to get a few peircing’s done and their website clearly states that they are open on sundays. So we get here and there’s no one here. I find it ridiculous that they can’t even put a correct time on their website. Very unprofessional.

I was looking for a place to get a simple black tattoo done and found this place. I was super impressed with them! Their shop was super neat and clean and everyone their was super friendly and helpful. Not only did I get my simple tattoo I wound up getting a realistic tiger tattoo that I have been wanting to get done for years but have been unable to find an artist that I have seen work from that I was willing to trust to do it. I saw Justin's work and had him do one on me. I absolutely LOVE it. He is a super artist and my tiger is absolutely outstanding! I cannot say enough about how great his work is. I highly recommend them!

I've never been tattooed by them but I have gotten two nose piercings and the staff is very friendly and warm. I'd say they are more welcoming than many of the shops in the area.

I had my eyebrow pierced here. Very pleased. They were very quick and clean and the piecer was very kind and informative! I recommend this place!
