They were very nice, I just got my ears and my septum pierced and they guided me through the process. Friendly atmosphere and staff :)
I plan to go here for future piercings.

Went here to get my bottom lip pierced the lady was really sweet and helpful. I wanted the ring but she let me know my lip was going to swell to wait for the hoop. I'm glad I did because it swelled up the size of a fist so glad she told me to wait it was 39$ only thing is they do not take cards you have to bring cash or go out across the store to pull cash out the pain level was about a 3 but the after math pain & swelling about a 10 painful but overall I love it will go back

Adam & Christy are great at what they do!! Always friendly, fast, & patient with me! I have had five piercings,One cover up, One tattoo, bought several ring's for my pecerings, & two more tattoos to get! Awsome people! Clean environment also! Go check them out! Bought a couple of nostril jewelry pieces here and they were very helpful and professional both when I called and in the store! They do only take cash so be prepared for that if you don't normally carry it. The prices were very reasonable as well and they had a pretty good selection for what I needed.

Three of us went to get our ears pierced. I know, just something little. But how a business does "something little" is how they do everything. Each of us needed something a little different, and Kristi was just fine with it. Even when they were really busy, they greeted us and said it would be a minute. I was a little dismayed when I realized they only took cash, but Adam told me to just go next door to the ATM. Thank you Adam. I have wanted the second hole in my earlobes for years, and they made it easy. This morning I woke up and one of the beads had come out of the hoop; Kristi had no problem with readjusting the hoop and making sure that I knew not to turn the hoop with the bead. The art I saw on the walls (and on Kristi and Adam) was really nice. Since I really want a tattoo too, I think I will go to Kristi. She states 18 years personal tattooing experience!

There was quite the wait and only two stations, which means only two people getting tattooed/pierced at one time. Had my eyebrow pierced for $20 and the jewelry was a bit pricier than I've seen elsewhere, but not outrageous. He was done in ~10 minutes once I got seated. $20 for the piercing is a great price in HSV. Would recommend.
