Anna was helpful and courteous with my brother's custom tattoo design. The result was exactly what he was looking for. I picked up a Sailor Jerry piece myself and I am equally pleased with it. Anna insists on cleanliness throughout the whole process, which is appreciated. If I'm in the area and feeling the urge for a tattoo, I'll check out Sugar Skulls first!
