Cassie is friendly and calm. I was really nervous and she made me feel comfortable, not just when I got the tattoo but before hand when we were disscusing the design. She was patient when I needed a break. She does amazing work and a talented artists. I will definitely go back to her. The place is also clean and comfortable. I recommend!

Went for my first session for a tattoo removal. She told me about the small risk of infection (which happened) but nothing about irreversible damage to my skin. 6 months later I have a partially removed tattoo with a permanent puffy scar. I do NOT recommend them for the tattoo removal treatment.
