Rose Cutter is located on Tacoma Ave. next to the Camp bar. I randomly found it on Google. It looked like a good place so I gave it a try. I was not having a good week at all but when I came in Dominick greeted me in a warm and welcoming way. So I immediately felt like I was in good hands. The environment was very comfortable. They had good music playing, couches, bright lights, and it was clean & sanitary. Dominick was careful to help me with what I wanted. I didn’t feel rushed at all. During my tattoo I was able to lay back on a very comfortable bed, and listen to my own music, and just chill. Dominick somehow does his work in a way that doesn’t hurt too bad, plus he’s talented. I didn’t doubt for a minute that my tattoo would look great. But I absolutely love my tattoo. The lines are clean and beautiful. Never had an easier time getting a tattoo. I will definitely be going back for new work or to get old work touched up. Highly recommend!!

Great experience! Dominick did an amazing job on my first tattoo. He has a gentle hand and is very precise with his designs. He also has a warm personality and we enjoyed pleasant conversation while I was getting inked. The parlor is SPOTLESS and has a welcoming vibe. Good music was playing and great movies! Victoria at the front desk was also extremely helpful - appointment scheduling was a breeze. When there was a need to reschedule at the last minute, they were also extremely communicative and accommodating. Excellent customer service. Can't recommend this place enough.

I’ve had two tattoos done by Alissa now, and I only have great things to say! The whole tattoo shop has a really calming vibe to it. I always get nervous before my tattoos, but Alissa is always so kind & she has such a light touch when doing the tattoos! She recently gave me my favorite tattoo so far- one of my service dog! I would highly recommend Rose Cutter to anyone- great service & great work!

To start off, this place has an amazingly chill and cool vibe to it. Its real clean, nice, and overall a comfortable place to get a tattoo at. I got my very first tattoo by Dominick and love it. He took the reference picture I gave him and made a version I loved even more! He’s very kind, patient, and professional. Can’t wait to save up and work with him more! Thank you for an amazing first tattoo experience!

Super neat little spot, very clean and classy. It was my first time getting a tattoo and I booked an appointment with the artist Jason. It was pretty easy to get comfortable. They catered to all my needs including free snacks and beverages. The tattoos came out and are healing great. Definitely will be going back :))

Alissa Altman did my tattoo and I am in love with it!!! Its fine lining, beautiful color Spider Lilys and perfect shading. The people were so nice also! Once I was done with my tattoo and scheduled another appointment for another tattoo!!!

This place is pretty awesome! Super clean, organized and inviting, def not your average tattoo shop. I scheduled a free consultation with Dominick, he spent a lot of time with me discussing design ideas and answering my questions, he used an ipad to show me design iterations so I knew what the finished tattoo would look like, and my tattoo turned out amazing! I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Love rose cutter. Cleanest tattoo shop I’ve ever been in, and Dominick is just amazing. He did a flash piece for me and is drawing up a bigger piece. Chill, clean and they have snacks. What else could you want?
