The shop's location is easily accessible and has a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. The shop's space is absolutely gorgeous and inviting, and the other tattooists were genuinely stoked to see each other's work. You could sense a deep camaraderie within the crew and that makes for one heck of a positive atmosphere.
The artists at Moonlight Tattoo are highly skilled and passionate about their work. They are known for their crisp lines, excellent composition, and not stabby with application. The artists are also great conversationalists and make their clients feel comfortable during the tattooing process.
One of the shop's most popular artists is Bryan Kachel, who is known for his talent and kindness. He is literally one of the kindest, most genuine and all-around awesome human beings you will ever find. He will take your idea and fly to the stars and back with it. During the session, he was kind, he checked in to make sure I was ok and let how I was feeling lead our session. Fun fact, you will come for the tattoos, but stay for the conversations! 5 hrs flew by.
The shop is clean, and the vibes are good. Moonlight Tattoo is a magical place, and you will not be disappointed by any of the artists at the shop.

First, let me preface this review by saying that I come from Olympia to get tattooed by Bryan. Not only is he ridiculously talented, he is literally one of the kindest, most genuine and all around awesome human beings you will ever find. He will take your idea and fly to the stars and back with it. During our session, he was kind, he checked in to make sure I was ok and let how I was feeling lead our session. Fun fact, you will come for the tattoos, but stay for the conversations! 5 hrs flew by. The shop space is absolutely gorgeous and inviting, and the other tattooists were genuinely stoked to see each other's work. You could sense a deep camaraderie within the crew and that makes for one heck of a positive atmosphere. You will not be disappointed by any of the artists at Moonlight, it is a magical place.

Looks like a nice place, so my wife and I sent a very thorough request to Sara about getting matching lighthouse tattoos (fairly straightforward and no coloring). We got an email back from her assistant that said "I don't think Sara is going to accept this concept". They must be in very high demand to turn down clients based on personal taste. That said, we appreciated the quick response so that we could start looking elsewhere.

They are so great! Super kind people, very attentive. Josh showed me a book of frogs fighting Demons while I was getting tattooed. Fun, full of energy, respectful, clean and cool frog books. Megon Shore does amazing work! Also very kind and accommodating!
