I've been here many times and have had nothing but good experiences. Today I got my Tragus pierced.
Merissa is newer and did have a small goof as she's learning but she maintained her professionalism and her mentor Sarah stepped in ans helped finish while still educating.
Overall super satisfied and happy with all aspects.

They are always so quick, clean and neat with their piercings! I have gotten 4 there now, all piercings doing well. Their jewelry is lovely and everyone is knowledgeable and laid back, which helps with anxiety when getting a hole in one's body.😂

Took my daughter here to get her daiths pierced to help with migraine. They were very respectful and skilled. The piercer took things at my daughter's pace and made sure she was very comfortable and ready in a calm and humble way. It was super clean and the staff was exceptionally kind.

Went in for the Friday the 13th deal today and the lady told me they were getting a little backed up. I asked how long of a wait we were looking at since there were four people ahead of me and it was getting busy. She said she couldn't tell me and that it was hardly busy.. even though she had just said it was getting backed up...? And you really can't tell me a guesstimate? Like "usually it takes 20 min per piercing so about an hour but I can't say for sure". On top of that 2 employees and a couple customers didn't have masks on and there were a total of 11 people in the shop that I saw (3 employees and 8 customers). Did y'all forget we're in a pandemic? Super unprofessional I'm glad I walked out without getting anything. I should've left when I saw how many people were in the shop in the first place.

Went in to get my daiths pierced today and the people there were very friendly, the woman who did my piercings was very kind and let me take as much time as I needed before doing the piercings, and when I was done she told me that I handled it better than most adults (I'm 14). Which was very nice to hear.
