Excellent service and very clean. Ember did an amazing piercing my daughters ears. She took time to explain the process and making sure she was comfortable. Ember also went into great detail about after care. I would highly recommend this business.

This place is extremely unprofessional and not at the caliber that I have experienced at other piercing shops who care about the quality of their work and clients. My friend spent over 20 minutes consulting with someone to purchase jewelry that would properly fit her piercing. We immediately had to go to another piercing shop for my friend to get the service she needed. I do not recommend going to this shop if you want professional service and your piercings fitted properly. The staff at this shop need to work on their customer service. Queer people of color should be able to access this space and receive quality care.

Naomi was so sweet and helpful!! my tattoo was super quick and it was cheaper than i thought it was going to be, i absolutely love how it turned out!! they were also super helpful with aftercare instructions so i know exactly what to expect from my first tattoo :)

Lucid even tho she is an "apprentice" did an awesome job on my tattoo ! She took care of me from the very start. I thank her for taking me in, in such a short notice. I totally recommend going in with these guys. Great shop and amazing people.

I got a small tattoo at the end of August 2022. My artist Sean said that I could come back for a free touch up after 5 weeks, but when it came time for me to try to schedule I could not get a hold of him. I called the shop multiple times and eventually got in touch with someone named Hollywood. Hollywood said that they would text me to set up an appointment. I did get a text but I've yet to set up an appointment. I reached out in November and again in December with no response.
At this point I feel like I've given up redeeming my free touch up which is really sad because I've also purchased earrings from the store and the experience I had purchasing earrings was a five-star experience. They were gauges that I saw on the day that I came in for my tattoo and we're not labeled with a price because it was new inventory I called back a few times to get the information and the person who was at the front when I got my tattoo was also the person who I talked on the phone with most of the time for the earring conversations and they were fantastic. Unfortunately I never got their name. We had to wait for the main piercer to price the earrings out but once we did they put the earrings aside for me so that I could come into the shop and pick them up. I get compliments on the snake earrings on pretty much a daily basis. 10/10 would recommend this shop for piercing and jewelry.

super helpful front desk! went in to get a 14g clicker ring for my septum stretch and they helped me pick out a good one and anodized it in a few minutes! definitely recommend this place

I called ahead to see if they had appointments available for a piercing, changed my mind on the piercing 20min later and they were so patient with me. When my husband and I entered we were greeted and I was able to fill out the forms quickly. The receptionist is very sweet. I got an industrial piercing done by Denali Dawn and she was amazing. She kept me distracted with playful banter and placed the jewelry beautifully. The best part was the gentleness of her hands as I wasn't even aware of when the process started and by the time I felt pain it was complete. By far one of the best piercers I've ever been to and highly recommend to anyone in the area. The store is kept clean and has a calm atmosphere, the jewelry selection is top notch and I really couldn't more highly recommend this establishment.
