I got a piercing from him. And he was late to the appointment then when I came in for a check up he didn't show up again. He might be good with tattoos but I do not recommend for a piercing.

Junior is by far one of the best tattoo artists in the state. His schedule fills up fast and the wait is for sure worth it. His hand is so steady and precise. Blown away with his quality of work. Definitely planning on him finishing my arm, no doubt.

Have now gotten two Tattoos here and plan to come back for more. Tattoo lines are clean and crisp along with solid coloring. They also offer free one time touch ups which makes the work much more solid knowing that if your skin didn't take all the ink, it can be touched up!

This is the best place to go in Utah if your looking for fantastic art! Junior Mondragon is AMAZING! He puts a lot of time and effort into his art and always makes sure your very satisfied with your new piece. Everyone there at the shop is always friendly and are amazing people! They all make you feel super comfortable while your getting a tattoo or even getting pierced. Hands down the best tattoo and piercing shop.

I LOVE Deviant Tattoos and Piercings!! The staff is great! I feel comfortable to go there by myself and to refer friends. Jr Mondragon is incredibly talented! I feel he puts 110% into every tattoo he's done on me whether its big or small. He has a light touch with the tattoo gun so the discomfort is minimal and just that sweet pain we love!! The aftercare they provide to their tattoo clients is so simple but works. I won't go anywhere else for my tattoos!!!!!

Staff is really friendly. The piercer was shaking really bad and hurt my nose. A simple piercing took longer than it should have. The ring they used was enormous. I get having a bigger ring for swelling but this ring is huge on my face; unflattering. I told them the right side and they pierced the wrong side. (I didn’t correct them because my anxiety got the best of me). I would recommend going any where else and getting your moneys worth.

Tooele has gained a gem of a business that is not only professional, but you walk out getting exactly what you asked for or better. Junior is so friendly and accommodating which made this anxious mom feel at ease the entire time. He is very light handed which makes for a pleasant experience and a stellar tattoo as the end result. Derek was so knowledgeable and is clearly an experienced body-modification/piercing pro! I highly recommend this shop! The drive is well worth it!
