Had a great experience with this shop. They were super cool and super friendly. I lost a gem out of my earring and they replaced it for me no question. Great customer service. Will be going here for all future piercings!!

As a parent, it can be nerve-wracking to be bring your teenage daughter into a piercing shop because you’re about to let her, “Get her Septum done”. ————Ok what does that even really mean exactly, don’t worry I’m not totally freaked out by this—-

However, I'm so glad that my daughter and I chose to go to this particular one because it was an amazing experience!

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure that everything was thoroughly explained and that we understood the responsibilities and importance of getting the piercing and what the healing process was going to consist of and the only real wait time we experienced was just while the jewelry we choose was sterilized and safe to use.

They were not put off by all my concerns and answered all of our questions, (even the ones I crazy person asked twice..or 9 times—- whatever).

Not only did my daughter get her septum pierced with no problems, and seriously with all the kindness and patience that can be put into such a thing, but the crystals and stones for sale in the shop are were TO-DIE FOR!!! The wire-wrap jewelry, absolutely breathtaking - We can’t wait to come back just to say hi and to buy more magical things, plus I’m actually kinda low key thinking a septum thing might look good on me!!

It was an unforgettable experience.

I got my Helix pierced by Opie he did such a wonderful job talking me through everything and helping me get it all sorted out to start the process. He did a great job explaining the aftercare and how to keep it safe and clean. He’s extremely friendly and I enjoyed his humor, I think him telling jokes helped me be less nervous. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and how everything is decorated and the music they had playing. I’m definitely gonna be coming back here for another piercing.

I recently got my ear pierced at a body piercing studio and the experience was amazing. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The studio was also very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel more comfortable. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a safe and professional piercing experience.

I decided to go here because I was being impatient and they do walk ins. I had 3rd piercings on both earlobes and a helix piercing done. They had a very small amount of jewelry to choose from for the new piercings. On top of that, they only had a few matching pairs (which I needed), the rest were single studs. They were also out of threaded backs, so that cut down my options even further. The place looked decent upon walking in, but the room I went to to have the piercings done was a little janky. The piercer was nice and acted professional, but she wasn’t able to successfully thread the earring into my helix piercing, so she had to pierce it a second time. After my piercings were done, she let me know that they were out of cleaning solution and had nothing I could buy for aftercare. When I went to pay, they tried to charge me more than what I was told it would cost, but they did honor what I was originally told. Once I left, I realized they never asked me for my I.D. or had me sign anything before having the piercings done. I wouldn’t feel good about going there again.
Edit: A week and a half later, I have to go find earrings to replace the ones she pierced them with. She said the posts on them were long enough, but they’re not. There’s no room for any swelling and they are way too tight.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone there was so so kind and fun to be around! I had a great consultation with T! Cami helped me pick out my earrings! The evil eye was perfect for the low helix. Dolly did my piercings and it went great! She was very professional and everything seemed so clean and comfortable! They are just what I wanted!! And there were many others in the shop while we were there that were just really nice humans. I enjoyed the vibe of this shop!

Piercing Shop is the go-to place for anyone looking for quality body piercing services. I recently got a conch piercing here and was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the staff. They made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process, and the piercing was done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a safe and high-quality piercing experience.

Nothing here to chose from because they tell you they can’t pierce with most of the jewelry there. I was told by the owner later it’s because you need to pierce with titanium. I still got a piercing and it’s been awful ever since. the piercing never healed they were out of after care and gave me really bad instructions my piercing was so red swollen and had stuff coming out of it I went to another shop here in Orem and I heard all about this place and the owner of the piercing shop told me they don’t even work there because the place isn’t up to there standard. The owner told me this is that just the strangest thing ever? DO NOT GET ANYTHING HERE ITS LOW QUALITY JUST LIKE THE REST OF THE PIERCING SHOP

The belly button piercing I got at this shop was painless and turned out great. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
