Surreal Ink° Tattoo & Body Piercing

Went in for a 3 helix piercing (flat was what I told it to be); the time it took to get done was fast & it wasn't as painful as I thought it to be or what a lot of people made it out to be.

Personally, I didn't care too much for the walk through of instructions since I'm the type to wing it and risk it 😂🤣; which I had a few questions concerning after care and if I needed to down size my earring once it heals, but that's all I had concerned and it was answered.

I ended up loving my bottom 2 helix, my top one... not so much, but you know... as it heals and I am able to swap the earrings out... who knows? Maybe I will love it more. Only time will tell. I just personally felt like my top piercing felt like it was pierced differently from the markings made that I agreed to.

Overall, would I go here again? Hm... if I end up loving my top helix down the road, yes... I definitely would absolutely come back here for my next piercing and add the extra star I believe it may deserve.

We had an incredibly positive experience with Tyler! I brought my eight-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced. As far as I could find on their website, they'll do piercings for minors fourteen and older, but when I called to inquire just in case, they informed me that they do first time lobe piercings for minors five years and older.

Tyler was very professional, friendly and patient with us. He did an excellent job helping my daughter feel comfortable; he explained everything he was doing and showed her the tools he was using. The whole process went pretty quickly and relatively drama-free! (A far cry from when I took her elder sister to Claire's several years ago.)

My eldest daughter (fifteen) had planned to get her second lobe piercings, but when she sat in the chair after having watched her younger sister, she decided she wasn't sure she was ready and changed her mind about getting them done that day. Tyler was so kind and supportive of her decision. (She has since decided that she is ready after all and we'll be scheduling her appointment soon.)

I also got a piercing during our visit—a stud in my left nostril. Tyler did an excellent job of making sure the placement was just right. He showed me with the measuring hoop how awesome it will look when I switch to a small hoop after healing. It was a little red immediately afterward, but that went away within about an hour. It looks great, though, and I love it!

We've had very little discomfort and both of our piercings are healing quie nicely. I'm so glad we went to Tyler to get our piercings done! He's very good at what he does. I would definitely recommend him for piercings.

A long overdue review, I don't know why I hadn't done this sooner but I visited this place while at their old location about a year ago and it was such a great experience! Having had plenty of time with the parlor industry, I can fairly say this is an all-time favorite! The vibes of the shop were extra rad and all of the staff were super friendly, my piercer (I wish I could remember who he was) really careful with my septum piercing! Prices were legit and he even offered me aftercare spray in the easiest bottle/applicator I've ever put my hands on! 10/10 would recommend this place for all your body mod needs!

Tyler is definitely the guy you want doing your piercings. He was attentive to what we wanted, answered all of our questions (we asked a lot), and made is feel relaxed with the piercings we chose. Don't hesitate, go work with Tyler. Thanks Man!

Bridger was fantastic! I took my daughter in for her first facial piercing - he explained everything, put her at ease, and was very kind & friendly. We definitely recommend him for peircing!

I got a naval piercing on my bday and it was the best experience I've had with a service style company. Tylor was super fast and efficient with setting up and explaing everything to me in detail. He was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. As a young woman I felt completely safe in the shop which is a big deal for me personally. I'll definitely be coming back to get a tattoo soon!

I’ve gotten a few piercings from surreal and each one has taken twice the amount of time needed to heal to due to an improper way of piercing. the jewelry supplied for new piercings is also cheap and caused infections and irritation bumps. the most recent piercing I received from there was a septum that ended up getting pierced at a slant, halfway through the cartilage, halfway through where it is supposed to be. Every other person I have talked to who has gotten piercings from here have had similar issues, some costing up to $300 to fix and some putting them in the ER with very severe infections. The people here are pretty nice but I would recommend taking business elsewhere if a proper piercing is desired.

Kayebree & Dallin were amazing for my friends & I’s walk ins! They were so sweet and made us feel comfortable the entire time and we all loved our new tattoos. 10/10 would recommend them!

The place is so sleek. My piercer was so sweet and vocal throughout the whole process. (Called me a badass hehe) It’s very cleat they know what they are doing and are well seasoned in the craft. It was as painless as it could’ve been ;)
i’m so happy with the piercings and that i chose to go here. 13/10
