If tattooing on someone of a smaller scale is a issue might want to practice some more rather than say "i think you shouldn't get this tattoo because of the size of the area" thats fine. But I found someone who did. And they nailed it to the T or in my case the rune.

An unbelievably huge shout out to Yancey who did my piercings! I've been to many ink and piercings parlors, from the Midwest to the east coast, and Texarkana Ink is hands down my favorite. Yancey is very professional, chill, knowledgeable, sweet and quick! I had two conches and a tragus done. I was very impressed when he did the conches. He didn't just put a dot and pierce it. He took the hoops and placed them on my ear, where I wanted it, to make sure it looked like I wanted when I put hoops in. Not to mention a sterile environment. If you want it done right, feel comfortable, painless and good prices go here!
