Got my first tattoo here and I love it, can't wait to get more. The experience itself was 11/10, too. Very relaxed in there and everyone is friendly/welcoming.
I also got a double helix piercing here about a year later. Another perfect outcome and experience. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone/everyone. It's a very comfortable environment, they are all professionals, and no one will make you feel a certain way if you're new to tattoos/piercings. Really appreciate both artists I was able to see at Dandyland. Thank you again for your work! ☺️❤️

Had my first cartilage piercing done with Jen and I couldnt be happier! She was gentle and so nice! She made me feel super comfortable and in all honesty, my conch piercing didn’t really hurt. She was extremely professional and everything was clean and the environment was great. 10/10 recommend!

I am so thankful for Frankie at Dandyland! I came in with a very uncomfortable new conch piercing (done by another shop). Frankie patiently walked me through the different types of jewelry, and answered any questions I had. We picked a beautiful piece, and it’s was comfortable to change out. The shop is beautiful, and super super clean! Great experience will come again :)!

Honestly, the negative reviews (which are few in the first place) of this studio are either by entitled Karens or by people who don't know how to take two seconds to look up shop policies and then are surprised when they show up and aren't serviced the way they want. I came here with a friend recently (we're not even from here but even we knew to make an appointment) and found the artists and shop to be among the coolest in the industry -- and I'm someone who has been to tattoo and piercing studios all over the country. The staff are highly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The shop is extremely clean and has a beautiful Art Deco aesthetic. I will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in the San Antonio area again.

Miro did my septum last Sunday, it was my first time coming in and everyone was fantastic. My original piercer had gone home sick, so I had to wait a bit for the next one to come in, but it was no problem. Everyone was so personable, I didn't feel like I was being rushed out, and everything was so immaculate and clean. I will absolutely be coming back for more.

Words cannot explain how amazing my experience was with Frankie she is absolutely amazing. This was the BEST piercing experience I’ve ever had. Frankie was so kind and I felt really comfortable (which is hard to do I hate small talk) Everything was quick and she kept me talking and distracted throughout the entire process. DEFINITELY recommend and will be coming back!

My lobe piercings were closing up and quit honestly had always been a bit of a bother. Jen was wonderful! My ears didn't need to be repierced and I'm on my way to wearing all the earrings I've missed out on wearing. I'm even planning on going back to get my upper lobe pierced in a couple of months! 😁

Took my daughter there to get her ears re-pierced because Claire's did a terrible job. Let me tell you, Jen is the absolute best at what she does...and that's coming from someone who use to do the job. She was amazing from start to finish, putting my daughter at ease the entire time. She was kinda, considerate, KNOWLEDGEABLE, polite and just a joy to have as a piercer. My daughter swears that Jen will be her girl til the end of time. That's saying TONS from s six year old who was nervous AF when we went in. Thanks soooooooo much Jen. You rock!
