This was the best tattoo experience my husband and I have ever had! Every single artist, piercer, and front staff are nothing short of amazing! We felt welcome, and they made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We will not ever go anywhere else. Give them a shot, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!❤️

I went to get my septum piercing with only minimal knowledge only to get it pierced wrong and have to get pierced twice. She pierced it crooked and blamed it on my cartilage. Repierced it a second time and still charged me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and still went ahead and gave a tip. Took out the piercing because I couldn’t get rid of an infection and two keloids. Got it redone at Lucky Hand by Jen. She then informed me that my piercing was far too low to be considered a septum. It is now fully healed and looks really good. I do not recommend Tatu Therapy for any piercing. Jen from Lucky Hand told me she has many clients that go to her to get piercings redone, specifically septums that Raquel from Tatu Therapy has done. I would give zero stars if I could.

I got peirced with Raquel and she was great, i recommend her to many of my friends. But I got a tattoo from a blond female there and the tat came out like doo-doo. She was rude and expensive. I also had a friend get a tattoo there that got severely infected.

I have made appointments several times ( giving the benefit of doubt) to the piercer and she has Flaked out on me 4 times now. I kept giving them a shot because they were referred to me but this is ridiculous. Unfortunately one person can make a place look bad!
