Made an appointment to get my daughters ears & cartilage pierced for her birthday. We arrived for our appointment & was told that the piercer wasn’t available nor was she answering phone calls, we were asked if we could come back late that night & that we would get a phone call when the piercer arrived. Would have been nice if someone would have called to reschedule our appointment before our arrival. And we never received a phone call when the piercer arrived, its now 3 days later and still haven’t received a phone call. Looks like customers are not their first priority. Ended up going to another local tattoo shop later that afternoon that fixed my daughter right up, they were wonderful.

Made a last minute appointment for 4 matching friend tattos (don't judge us haha). Everyone was super friendly and relaxed. Lots of questions were asked to ensure we were gonna get exactly what we wanted in our tattoos (color, shading, proper size we were thinking of for where we wanted it, etc). 'Savy' even popped in and helped get us done faster than planned. Everyone was fun and easy to talk to and made the night feel like we were all friends hanging out.
