Always does an outstanding job! My kids have been getting tattooed here multiple times. Rick and his wife really take their time when it come to detail and make sure you're comfortable with the pain level or overall to make your tattoo experience great, including after care tips! Highly recommend.

Got a next day appointment after requesting one. Esmeralda, the tattoo artist I got, was super nice and made sure I was satisfied with the tattoos I requested. She also made sure to give me care advice for them to heal in the best way possible.

Booked an appointment for 10 AM that got pushed back to 11 which was no problem, however when we walked in at 11:03 AM he told us to wait outside in our vehicle which was confusing as the waiting seats were clear and the store looked empty. There was two people in front of us outside from what I could see but they left after 5 minutes. Waited outside for a few minutes before my mom asked how long the wait was going to take, I could hear him yelling at her from outside for asking that simple question and saying that other people came first and if we couldn’t wait then there’s the road. It was an upsetting experience, I understand people have bad days but this was uncalled for. We quickly left after that and I would not recommend this place to anyone, very rude and callous to his customers.
