Went in to let Allison add a couple more holes to my ears. She was great. Very friendly and comfortable to be around. She has been doing piercings for many years and is very knowledgeable. I completely trust her judgment when it came to lining up my new holes with the old ones to make a line. Very happy, will be back.

I came to Liquid Ink not for a piercing or tattoo but for a removal after getting a cartilage piercing else where. Immediately when showing up, the girl there told me exactly why my piercing was infected and gave me several solutions I could chose going forward. Extremely knowledgeable in helping me get my throbbing ear healed up. Also can I mention she didn't specialize in piercing and she knew more about it than the last place I went to. Helped me understand what the process was and was overall a great person to trust. I would highly, highly recommend this place to get your piercings. Professional, clean, and very helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Was getting our 6 year olds ears pierced. They were recommended by multiple friends. They were professional and quick. They kindly and calmly explained to our daughter what they were going to do and they were very very sanitary.
It was quick using 2 people on each side of her and both ears done at once. Our 6 year old said it didn't even hurt. Great experience and highly recommend.

I am experienced with getting tattoos, I have a 1200$ chest piece that was never this upsetting. Instead of contacting the original artist about it I’m going to make a review, because I just don’t want her to touch it. She’s a nice women don’t get me wrong, let’s start there. But the work was far more amateur than I thought it was going to be. (This was right before Christmas) so I assume she was just excited, but for doing tattoos 11 years now… it’s solid to say it’s not the career for her. I’ll show photos to prove why I’m upset. To the bottom right of the tattoo you will see some sand but the ink in the line didn’t even stick. The hand that should be holding the teddy bear is definitely disabled and embarrassing. His other hand down by his side has a hump?!?!? The nose of the teddy bear is supposed to be rounded and my dudes jaw looks like a witch’s jaw. The worst most disturbing thing about this piece is he has ninja turtle feet. Not only does he have 3 toes but to put icing on the cake he has two RIGHT feet. The coloration in his hair doesn’t do him justice. (Not asking near ink master quality) just simple proper line work and coloration. I’m willing to calmly come in if a different artist is willing to fix things and giving me a free tattoo would just be respectful and kind, one of the same size or smaller my choice. I know accidents happen but this is just too much error. Once again I’m respectful. If another artist wants to fix it I’ll fix my review. I’m giving her credit on one thing ☝️ she did indeed cover up the previous issue tattoo. Another thing. I always ask the tattoo artist the price they want and I don’t argue out of respect 🫡 so I didn’t low ball anyone (this should read to you that the artist shouldn’t be upset with me)

Very unprofessional & the ONLY reason my sister still got her tattoo here was bc our parents already bought the non refundable gift card for her 18th birthday for her first ever tattoo.
1. The tattoo artist Cassie (possibly spelt wrong) didn’t write down the consultation time & was over an hr late.
2. Cassie was late to the actual tattoo appt.
3. Even though this was planned 3 weeks in advance and was asked to send a draw up of it way before the tattoo date, she waited until the night before to send it.
5. The day before her tattoo before sending a draw up, Cassie said she needed more reference photos bc the ones she originally gave weren’t good enough.
Why wait until the day before to say this?
4. Didn’t fix the draw up until she showed up late to the appt.
5. It was discussed ahead of time that it would be a surprise tattoo where only my sister & the tattoo artist would know what it is, & two of the girls up front (one was blonde, the other brown hair, glasses, & isn’t a tattoo artist) said out loud multiple times what my sister was getting.
When we mentioned it was a surprise the brunette got extremely defensive & said it’s not their fault the surprise was ruined bc there’s 10 employees (who clearly don’t communicate with one another).
She also then said in a rude tone, “Well who’s the surprise for anyways!?”
It was for her whole family, but what does it matter anyways?
Ahead of time, the date of her tattoo appt was already figured out, & the brunette said in a rude tone again, “Well, I don’t think we have any availability that day.” Then she proceeds to check it, & said, “Oh, we actually do.”
There was no accountability, just defensiveness & excuses.
What should have been a fairly smooth process, was made difficult.
Really disappointed in all of the employees we dealt with.
The vibe was that they have a relaxed job environment & can act however they want.

Got my cheeks done here and the staff were lovely. They were closing and still allowed me to come in and get them done. I cannot stress enough how important it is to do research on whatever you want done and know your own body. My piercer went through after care and stuff with me and asked me if I knew what I was getting myself into. Luckily I had already done my research so.. yea. 💁🏻♀️ When choosing the jewelry I asked for the longest bar because I know my cheeks and my piercer said it’s a bit long. I knew my body so I still went with the longest bar and my experience throughout my healing has been going great. 🧏🏻♀️🫶🏼

I went in to get my nose pierced about 7 months ago and everyone was so nice! They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The piercer, Allison, was very professional and fast. She was super sweet to talk to. I came back recently to get my snug and conch pierced. Once again never disappoints! I’m absolutely in love with my piercings and will totally come back for my next ones!

My 6 year old daughter got her ears pierced here. The service was amazing from me placing a phone call requesting more information to the actual procedure. They were all so nice and gentle. If you call ahead of time or schedule an appointment they can get two piercers to pierce little ones' ears so it is not so traumatic for them. I will be personally going back to get more piercings for myself.
