I new when I came in the shop for my consultation, that this was the place for me. Warm and welcoming, professional atmosphere .Very clean and sterile environment.
My experience was amazing. Alison delivered impeccably. All of my expectations were exceeded. I was impressed with her patience and I was enlightened with the knowledge she shared about placement and fine detailing. I have a number of tattoos but this one will definitely go down in history as my most favorite and the best one yet. It was very important for me to convey the relationship I had with my late grandfather. Alison’s passion and love as an artist shows and is expressed through her work. I was totally lost for words when I saw the finished product! Photos don’t justify my new ink. I’m getting so many compliments by whomever sees it! My whole tattoo experience was a total success!

I've been coming here for years and have had 5 tats done here. The place is always clean and in order. Artist (Kale) is currently working on my sleeve and has been excellent to work with. I have received many compliments on the tats he has done. The lines are very fine and tats look 3D-ish. He's a very talented artist! Owner Mike Ashworth has done a couple of my tats and is very talented as well. Advent is a great place that you should check out if you're "between artists" or thinking about geting your first ink done!

If you are looking for the same tattoo as your cousin got, this isn't your place. If you want a custom drawn piece of art, these guys (and girl!) are the right people to go to. You need to be patient - they book out months in advance - but the wait is worth it. The shop is clean and the people are professional. They are fantastic artists who care about their work.

The artists here are so talented and their work is well done. All of my tattoos have healed very well with no touching up needed. I already have my next 4 tattoos planned. My boyfriend has also seen most the artists here and gotten a couple cover ups that were very well done

As a pretty crazy perfectionist who has never met a tattoo artist I fully trust, I was just BLOWN AWAY with Andrew Hoffman’s work. He is an artist of many skills/styles, and when I met with him about revamping a large shoulder/back piece of flowers, he listened to my desires very intently.
Andrew enhanced my rather dull flowers to be miraculous works of art, with whimsical and abstract features. He even added in a profile-view of a gal’s face, which I’m obsessed with!! His line work is like none I’ve ever experienced, and his meticulous attention to detail is something I’ll be forever grateful for!
Andrew also nursed me back to health with skittles and water when I felt faint during our second session together (it was because I failed to get good sleep/a hefty meal prior to my appointment).
I quickly got yet another “revamp” by Andrew after he completed my huge flower piece, and I just couldn’t be happier with the turnout.
Andrew is hands down my favorite artist I’ve ever worked with (and I have 15 tattoos from 12 artists all over the world); he will be the first person I reach out to for all my future tattoo wishes, no matter how differing the styles are. He really can do it all!!

Zach Murray did a phenomenal job start to finish. I love the art and the artists were professional. 10/10 would recommend.

Seeing some negative reviews on here, I've got a few comments.
1) call to set up an appointment. They don't do walk-ins
2) if they are closed and you knock on the door, and the artist is tattooing, they are going to assume you are there to sell something and they don't do solicitors. Plus, their client is paying for their time and attention. You aren't.
3) if an artist doesn't think they are the right fit for your vision or the style you want, they will refer you to a different artist
4) I've got 3 tattoos, and all 3 artists I've interacted with were somewhat awkward at first. Don't take it personal. They are tattoo artists. This isn't the hospitality industry. There's a difference between professional and chummy.

I came in yesterday to get my first tattoo and Kale helped me create and put it on. Great guy, very professional, good sense of humor. Will go again. Highly Recommed!

The shop is awesome. I got an amazing tattoo done while I was there. The only negative thing I have to comment on is if your a person with melanin don’t expect to get tattooed by the owner, mike woods. I know it presents a challenge, to tattoo people with darker complexions but when you limit your clientele due to skin complexions it really questions the artists repertoire of skills. I’m sure mike woods is a renowned tattoo artist and has years of experience so skill shouldn’t be a problem. I guess it’s choice?

The shop is clean and the artist are very social! The artwork done here is phenomenal! I couldn't be happier with the progress of my tattoo. Jason's work is amazing and so clean and I can't wait to get my sleeve filled in by Mike! I definitely recommend checking out this shop, you won't be disappointed or let down.

Price gouging. Charged me $120.00 for.less than a square foot. I've reported them to the state. Tattoo was okay, I've seen better quality. If you plan on getting a tattoo, just order your own. It really does a good job keeping you from needing to scratch.
