Sarah was amazing in helping me get my inspiration tattoo perfect. She offered to give me a break if it was necessary. Will be back for future tattoos with her. Reasonably priced as well.

I went in and got my nose pierced in 2021.. I ended up getting a piercing bump because the quality of piercing is very low. I finally went to Randy Adams Tattoo to get it changed and it was better within a week.
Then I came back to North Texas Tattoo with my mom to get our double helix done… the girl mentioned she’s not a piercer, she does tattoos, and she’s the only one there but she knows how to pierce ears. It should have been a red flag! We continued with the piercing and she explained that they no longer use studs and use hoops only…. which I knew wouldn’t be easy to heal … but we did it anyways.
Now, 7 months later, both my mom and I have piercing bumps and they still hurt very bad. We went to Randy Adams Tattoo to get the jewelry changed and they explained that the quality of jewelry, again, is super cheap. They even explained how they had another client come in after getting pierced at North Texas, and when she took the jewelry out it broke in half and it was PLASTIC on the inside. Gross!
It’s been less than a week since I had Randy Adams Tattoo change my helix piercings and they’re already noticeably better!
I’ll never go to North Texas Tattoo again for a piercing. I can’t speak on their tattoo artists. But the quality of their piercings is cheap and not worth it!

I had got my nipples repierced here & they only use hoops. I found out that the healing with hoops would be curved so there would be problems with inserting barbells later on. Although the piercer was very nice and my experience was great I had to go to another shop to get the hoop replaced with a barbell.

Over priced, no communication skills between the “artist” (if that’s what they call themselves) & receptionist. All in all no common decency to speak to anyone as a person especially from their piercer David (straight trash)

If I had a way to leave no stars I would have !! Very Rude staff and unprofessional!! One of the employees actually said that next time don’t come here and manager was defending the rude employee!!! Manager said she was protecting her employee!! Absolutely ridiculous service

Really rushed and poor quality work. Required to pay before hand for obvious reasons. There's also no bathroom so you can just forget about that. Artist also dropped his gun on the ground which does exactly fill me with confidence. They were extremly rude, literally all of them that spoke to us. It seems like they don't care to be there. We have been told that they look like they got done while driving or in garage with no lighting. It's genuinely offensive that we paid for these to be on our body from a tattoo artist that new what the designs were going to be

I’m very disappointed. I’d been wanting to get those 2 piercings for MONTHS, during that time I did a lot of research and decided to do them here because although there were bad reviews, there were more good ones.
The septum is crooked and the lip perforation was not only very low when (if you notice) the point it marked was higher, but the piece the piercer used was very short and the inflammation was incarnating it. I ended up taking it off.

Stop being robbed of your money and come here! LITERALLY. Staff was very professional and very real. I did not have to worry about anything. Even in the busiest of days, a Friday the 13th. They handled the crowd well. The ideal tattoo shop. Came here for my first tattoo and I had no complications with it. Artist was helpful and very warming during my experience.

I went to get my nipple pierced here and the piercer put a ring instead of a barbell, the piercing kept tearing and never started the process of healing. The piercing itself was done crooked and done through the areola not the nipple. When I reached out to their email for advice or assistance, no response.
