I love this shop. The place is clean and everyone there are so nice and professional. I had my nose pierced (septum). The young who pierced my nose was Jeremiah. People often did it hurt. I’m a real sissy but I will tell you it didn’t hurt a bit. Jeremiah was real gentle. The service did not take long. He was patient and explained to me how to take care of my piercing. Jeremiah you are the 💣 bomb!!!!!!

I called for my septum piercing. I was told to come in to get this done. I came ALL THE WAY from Garland To be told I could wait for a few hours. Not professional. Lost potential customers

Awesome place. Joe Haasch is my artist there, wouldn’t want anyone else working on my tattoos. He is very efficient and doesn’t miss any details. I’m in the process right now of doing my 3/4 sleeve and everything above my elbow Joe drew on by hand. Absolutely beautiful piece of artwork. Everyone at the shop is really friendly and they make you feel comfortable.

I’ve visited this shop a few times, and I’ve been really pleased with all of my experiences. The front of the shop is a neat retail store with T-shirts and different things, and the studio is in the back. I did this ear piercing yesterday on a walk-in, they were nice and accommodated me even though the piercer was booked for appointments until later in that day. The shop is clean, everyone is really professional, and they’ll educate you on anything you need to know about your piercing. I’ve also visited to change out my nose ring to a hoop, and was happy with the pricing and help. Their prices are reasonable, and I’ll definitely be back for any other piercings or maintenance.

I was so glad that I was able to be tattooed again by Carl today! As always, his work was above and beyond and he was able to give me exactly what I had wanted: a piece that represented myself, my husband, and our daughter. This was my first time at this location and I absolutely loved it because of the privacy. The staff is friendly and the vibe there is so great with the music and great conversation. Thank you again, Carl. I'll see you for the next one sometime down the road!

i have been pierced by lucy at heart in hand twice now and it has been excellent both times! she did my navel in 2020 and my nostril just today. she is so kind, laid back, knowledgeable, and professional. i like that the piercings are done in private rooms too. this place is exceptionally clean. i highly recommend lucy if you’re looking for a quality piercing!

Lucy did an amazing job on my piercings. I drove 3 hours to see her and will do it again for any piercing needs. She took her time with placement and made adjustments as needed. I was nervous, so we didn’t do much talking, but it was not awkward at all. Her room was clean and relaxing. She was very professional and answered all my questions. I will definitely be back!

I recently got my ears triple pieced with Lucy and quite frankly I cannot express how amazing she was but I'm damn sure going to try! Lucy is very patient, kind and detail oriented. She was constantly checking in to make sure I was okay with spacing and talking through each step so I felt comfortable. I 100% recommend her, she is an expert and a professional with great taste. She is currently helping me curate my ear piercings to give my ears an edgier look! If you've considered getting a piercing look no further than Lucy Machel!

I got my ears pierced by Lucy the day they opened back up after the shut down. They could not have all been kinder or more professional! I have many piercings and tattoos and this shop was the cleanest, nicest, and best shop I’ve ever been to. I will absolutely be back again for my next piercing and tattoo! My friends and I went in to get piercings from Lucy, she was wonderful and very professional. The staff wore mask while we were in the store and her work space is clean (like a doctor's office). I felt very comfortable with her and will be bring my daughter to Lucy for any piercings in the future! Good vibes and great service!
