Happy Dragon is the best. Kevin gave me a thigh tat last week and it has healed up super nicely. He was super professional the entire time and kept my friend and I at ease during the whole experience. I’ve also had two different piercings by him, both of which worked out tremendously. I recommend this place to anyone in Abilene and surrounding areas. you cant beat it!

10 put of 10 would highly recommend I drove a hour to go get a tattoo after chatting with the owner for a while via Facebook,and it was the best decision ever! I would say he is the best in Abilene and brown county/big country area he was fast and accurate.i love my tattoo and nose piercing! Top tier😍😍😍👁️ definitely will be back!!

the line work is terrible and the tattoo artist was falling asleep while tattooing me , and was breathing weird in my ear the whole entire time , just pathetic, unprofessional, never going here again .prices are reasonable tho

We had an appointment at noon, and the artist totally forgot about it. Then he took forever looking for his phone, drawing up the tat that we had sent him ideas of 2 days before, and getting ready. He didn't get started on us til 2. Then, he kept stopping during the tat to do piercings and eat food. We didn't end up leaving until like 6. We like the work, but absolutely hate that something that should have taken 1.5 hours ... maybe 2 for my husband and then like 30-45 min max for me took so long because our guy was so busy doing everything but tattooing.
