I've logged quite a few hours with Chuck here and I've got to say this guy is clean, professional, and thoughtful as far as helping to get the exact look I was going for with my sleeve. The hard part was I had some really bad tattoos that needed to be covered. He helped me find something that would flawlessly cover the old tattoo, but we were able to find something that I loved.
I've gotten so many compliments on his work and I absolutely love my new tattoos. I'm not done, so I still have a few more sessions to go until I'm completed, but I'm okay with that because not only is he very reasonable with his prices, but he is also light handed so it's not pure torture to have hours of work done.
As far as the shop, it's a typical tattoo shop. Everyone I saw makes sure they use the proper precautions and everything gets cleaned and covered correctly.
All of the artists I've met were pretty pleasant to deal with as well. I can't really say enough good things about Lucky tattoo!

I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else for my tattoos! Kim does such a great job everytime and makes it super comfortable for you. She never fails to give me exactly what I wanted. Everyone at this shop is so welcoming and accommodating. Clean atmosphere and super chill vibes all around. 10/10 would recommend. :)

Bruno (the owner) went above and beyond to help me when another artist canceled my tattoo last minute. I'm actually thankful, because I dont think I could've gotten a better tattoo from anyone else. He has kept up with me through the whole process, checking on my healing and making sure I get the best results possible.
