Horrible customer service and non-existent follow-up. I contacted Jennifer based on a referral from a neighbor in the Fall. It took her the better part of week to return a simple email. After discussing what I wanted, she initially told me it would be after the first of the year, however, she would likely be able to fit me in sooner. No problem so far. January came and I reached out to her to ask about scheduling. No response. I called the shop and apparently she doesn't take calls nor messages. I emailed again. Nothing. So, I'm glad she's so busy that she can afford to do this, especially to referral customers. I had budgeted a significant amount of money ($10K +) since i thought I'd found THE artist based on her work. I'm not some guy with stimulus or tax return money, I am a professional career person with significant income. If you're seriously considering this place, save yourself the time and aggravation and disappointment and find another shop. Even if you have to go out of town to find an artist that will honor her word, return messages and follow through.

Amazing tattoo parlor! Patrick did a great job and helped me feel more comfortable with the nervousness of getting my first tattoo. Easy booking and clean environment as well!

Jennifer was absolutely amazing. I had family in town and they wanted a tattoo. I contacted the website and Jennifer was able to accommodate us. She is an amazing artist and a wonderful person. I will be going to Jennifer and Lady Liberty for my tattoos in the future.

Jennifer is a phenomenal artist and delivers every time I go to her. Currently working on my sleeve with her and I couldn’t be happier of where it’s at so far. I will be back to post the final product. Highly recommend her and all the artists at Lady Liberty. Overall great company and great atmosphere.

I recently went to Lady Liberty to start working on a sleeve piece I have been wanting to get for what seems like forever. It had been a few years since the last time I had any work done, so I made sure to take time to look up different artists portfolios and shops in the area. I was specifically looking for someone that has good line work and a wide selection of styles down. I came across Jennifer in my search, and was able to schedule my first session around Thanksgiving. What I can say about my experience is that she was very friendly and comfortable to be around, had an excellent selection of music on her playlist to zone out to, and did an awesome job on the piece itself! Jennifer was also excellent at communicating before the appointment to make sure I was ready to go, and even touched base with me post tattoo to check in on how it was healing up! I am super excited to be coming in later this month to finish the coloring on this piece and can't wait to schedule out the next piece after with her!

Lady Liberty Tattoo is the best tattoo place I've ever been to! I moved here about 3 years ago and I was looking for a tattoo shop, I went to a few tattoo places talking to people about what I wanted, trying to get a feel for the atmosphere, and people. Out of all the tattoo shops I visited, Lady Liberty was the only place that treated me with respect and when I walked in, Jason took time to talk to me and was very friendly. He recommended Matt for my tattoo. Fast foward to 3 years later, we are still going here for tattoos. Lady Liberty is always clean, friendly, professional and you always feel like home there. I’d been planning a very special, extensive back tattoo for years. Finally decided I was ready and after a lot of research, I reached out to Jennifer Sellers. She has been AMAZING. She is patient with tattoo rookies. She helped with the finishing touches on my design and put her artistic spin on it. We’re 2 sessions in with a few more to come but I couldn’t be happier with the way it’s coming along. The space is private and comfortable and she is so flexible with my schedule.

I don’t think I’ll ever go to anyone else.

I had a great experience with Jennifer Sellers at Lady Liberty Tattoo! She did an amazing Patriotic piece for me. I had a couple different ideas rolling around in my head & she combined them into something that I am really proud of. She was easy to talk to but also made sure the whole experience was comfortable with great music. I will be going back to her for my next piece, for sure.

Patrick did a great job. Super professional, easy booking. Love the work. Something about the way he tattooed left my skin much less swollen and red than my previous tattoos. Absolutely would recommend.
