Walked in on the spur of the moment beach day and they had availability. We were out of state and they were super accommodating and drew a custom piece for me that I absolutely adore! By far the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had!

My fiancé and I got tattoos here when we were on vacation from the owner Nadav and he was amazing! He runs an amazing business! Very clean and great place and the tattoos came out awesome! I would highly recommend visiting if you are looking to get a tattoo done in the area. We will definitely be back!

This place is amazing! Terrance did my tattoo and he was super professional and understanding since it was my first tattoo. he drew up the exact thing i wanted and did it so fast and was super good with the needle. barely even hurt and it was in a sensitive area! i was so impressed i gave a generous tip when i checked out. highly highly recommend!! the line work and shading on my tattoo is amazing. i’m 18.

I walked in not sure what I wanted and the tattoo artist helped me find the perfect tattoo to remember my father. The tattoo is beautiful very high quality very late back atmosphere I'm so glad that I was able to do this before I left Hilton head.. Now I have a piece of my father a beautiful piece of artwork that I can look at forever.

We live in PA and are here on vacation we try to get a tattoo in every state we visit, walked in and right away they were super friendly and accommodating, got us right in and we walked away with our tattoos. Super happy and absolutely love the work !!!!

my sister in law and i came into island tattoo co when we were on vacation this last week. we were blown away by how nice the shop was, but mainly how friendly everyone was. Terry, Nadav, and Julie were amazing and so so sweet. not only did they make us feel like old friends, their work and professionalism was top notch. the work i received from terry is beautiful and he was very understanding of when parts of the tattooing process was extra painful (sorry i cussed so much during the parts near my armpit, terry hahaha!). we thoroughly enjoyed the entire process from start to finish. if we are ever in the area, we will def be back for more art! thanks so much!

Beyond exceptional work done by dan the man! It was my first tattoo and it went better than expected he was quick and it was relevantly painless. His work is very precise and looked exactly like the picture that I shown him. I would highly recommend him and will be going back for more!!!
