Emily is the absolute best. Phenomenal artist with an incredible eye for detail. She did an excellent job with a tiger tattoo on my calf - the whole process from start to finish was seamless. I'll definitely be going back!

The shop is a beautiful shop and Emily is amazing, I have sat with her a few times over the past year or so and she is fast, comfortable to be around and a light touch. I love the work she does and couldn’t be more pleased with the work she did on me. I was able to sit for three to four hours and she always always asked about my comfort. I can’t wait to have her do more work!!!!!!

This is such a wonderful establishment. Everything is super clean and professional. Emily was absolutely wonderful. She has such an eye for detail. She really took the vision I had and made it come to life. If you are ever looking for a great place to get tattoos you don't need to look any further!

Emily Kay does great work and is a joy to be around. Shop is clean, prices are great, overall it is just a great place to be and get tattooed. I wont go anywhere else.

Although its been awhile since my last piece, Vertigo is an awesome place. Nathan is professional, passionate and knowledgeable about what he does. His shop is clean and comfortable. I went with a photo and a few ideas but gave him the freedom to use his imagination. He didn't disappoint me! Nathan is not shy about telling you what's going to work and how he can make your design better. I was mesmerized by his paintings on the walls. Nathan has the softest touch as well, in fact I took a nap (more than once) while he was working on my leg! I'm ready for another amazing piece for the greatest artist in Portland!

I’ve gotten two tattoos from Alisa so far and she’s absolutely amazing!! Her tattoos are BEYOND gorgeous!! Super friendly, easy to talk to, and the amount of detail and precision she puts into her work is just incredible. I will definitely be coming back for more in the future and recommend her to everyone!!!

I have been coming to Vertigo for years now. I keep coming back because the artists do awesome work but also because they are friendly, knowledgeable and treat you like family not just customers. Big shout out to Emily who has been my main artist, all I do is tell her what I’m thinking and she brings it all to life! They are all great here, highly recommended!!

Nathan is an incredible artist! A few years ago he turned my blank arm into a work of art. I originally walked into the shop wanting a very simple tattoo, but after speaking with Nathan he ended up creating a floral/black work sleeve that I thought would only be possible in my dreams. Being a young woman walking into a shop can be an intimidating experience, Vertigo made me feel right at home. My sleeve is still a work in progress and I’m eager to get back in to see what other magic Nathan can turn out.

First off it's exactly what a tattoo studio should be... CLEAN, AMAZING ART, GREAT ARTIST'S and most of all when you step inside you are absolutely ready to get your ink. Pricing is absolutely the best for what you get which is AMAZING work by artists who know and love their craft.

I could not recommend this studio more and I'll go nowhere else!! Absolutely fantastic SECOND EXPERIENCE!!!
