Victor is the kindest, most amazing tattoo artist I have ever known. He's an incredible guy that will make you feel comfortable throughout your entire tattoo. from a female's perspective it's really nice to be able to go to a tattoo artist where I feel completely comfortable, secure, and protected when getting tattoos in vulnerable places.
Victor has done all of my artwork and I couldn't be more happy with all of them. My husband and I will continue to go back to him time and time again to add on to the artwork that he has created for us. I love that Victor can take an idea and make it unique.

Had a tattoo done by one of the artists here, named "Cash" while they were at the Portland Tattoo Expo last year. He rushed the job, didn't match up with the art that I was shown on paper, blurred out text to make it unreadable from day 1, and never followed up or made it possible to fix the bleed out that happens with all tattoos. Also overcharged me for the work. This was my first tattoo and a totally traumatic experience. I would never trust anyone from this shop. Good luck!
