I’ve had a lot of work done over the last several years from both Brian and RJ. They’re both cool guys to hang out with for several hours at a time and always entertaining yet professional. Shop has a good vibe and doesn’t seem small and closed in like a lot of places but still has the ability to make it private if needed. Cleanliness and quality work are always a priority at Scissortail!

The hours online say 10am to 7pm Tue-Fri so I stopped by without calling Thursday evening about 5:30. I get to the shop, the lights are out and there’s no one there. I called the number listed and I get a voicemail saying leave a message or text and some WILL contact you back. Of course no one ever contacted me back so I call about 1pm today (Friday 12/23) to see what time they closed so I could make it in time to buy my wife a gift certificate. A very nice young lady answered the phone and told me they would be open until 7, awesome. I drove 20 minutes out of my way a second time at 5:30 this evening and get to a shop with no one there, the lights are out and no one is answering the phones. No one wants to be running around on the busiest shopping days of the year unnecessarily. If you have hours listed online, on your door, and the person answering the phone is giving out those hours, you should be open during those hours. You had a couple of new, return customers but because of your poor business management we’ll be going to a different shop.
