Tommy did my first tattoo!! It was a great experience!! Tommy made sure to tell me every detail and kept my anxiety at bay. His apprentice Erin was amazing as well, making sure she sterilized the area and placed the tattoo in the perfect spot!! She will definitely be an amazing tattoo artist herself when she gets the chance! Thank you both for the great first experience 💓

I go here for Logan only, and his work is to die for man. He pays great music very comfortable environment, judgment free, chill, love this man and the vibes of the shop. Going back in a few weeks, can't stay away!

The atmosphere here seems welcoming and the people seem like cool artists. However the customer service needs some work. I had an appointment today that I rushed out of my job for so that I could be on time for. I arrived early with the entire shop empty. I waited past my appointment time and still received no help or information about why I was left hanging. I was excited to get ink from you guys but ended up being very disappointed and left hanging.

I had such a good experience with Matt, the owner. I had a death in the family and Matt did a memorial piece for me. He does great work, was so helpful and made sure that the tattoo turned out how I wanted it. I've been to a lot of places in Columbus and this was one of the best experiences I've had. Went in on a whim for a quote I'd been wanting on my forearm. Had an excellent experience. Big Nate did a phenomenal job! Never really got the "tattoo addiction" from my previous tats but seeing how great this one came out, I can't wait to get another one, and will definitely be going back to Identity. Highly recommend.

Writing this about 2 months after getting my tattoo. I'm happy to say this place was great and I'd recommend to anyone. The shop is very clean and the artists are friendly and helpful. I gave my idea to one of the guys there (Damon I think?) and they hooked me up with their geometric artist based on what I wanted done. Lux worked with me to draw it up based on my idea but tweaked it to make it perfect. Everything healed very nicely in a week or two and I'm still pumped with how it turned out! I'll be coming back in the future.

I had the best experience at Identity Tattoo Parlor! The environment is extremely comfortable to be in and Lux is just amazing! I originally had her draw up a piece and then when I saw it on me I thought it was too big and she changed it probably 50 times for me to the point that she redid the whole design! She was extremely patient and drew a tattoo that was exactly what I wanted and that I absolutely love! She didn’t make me feel pressured to get something I wasnt sure of and just made me feel so comfortable. She really goes above and beyond for her clients and not to mention, her work is incredible! I will definitely recommend this shop and her to everyone I know!
