I Had A Guy Do My Tattoo, Simple Roses And Sunflowers With My Kids Two Names. I Went Through 4 Sessions And It’s Still Not Finished At All. I Even Waited For The Artist, He Told Me The Time To Come In And He Wasn't There. I Called The Artist, Texted The Artist, Email. Haven’t Heard Back. Called The Shop Because I Still Have $200 Worth Of Credit With Them. They Won’t Give Back The Money. This Artist Is Even Suppose To Open His Own Shop Called “Roman Empire” . .. This Was About A Yr Ago The Artist Who Did My Tattoo! But Still . . . Would Have Been Nice To Get My Credit Back.

It has been a few years since I have gotten a tattoo so I was a little nervous. It took us a few years to get the design. I walked in and was immediately greeted. Was shown where to sit and given the paperwork. Donnie was so friendly. We discussed this tattoo and what would work for placement and size. It was so relaxing.i highly recommend! Can't wait to go back and get more work done!

I don’t understand why this place only has 2 stars. In my opinion this is a Highly underrated shop. Always friendly and welcoming upon entering the store. Very knowledgeable staff ,and You can tell They take pride in what they sell just buy talking with them for a few minutes. They take pride in buying pieces from American artists, so they know a lot about the pieces too. Me and my friend have been coming here for about 4 months now and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.

My favorite place to spend money. The guys that run the shop are legit and always give great info on products. The glass pieces have stories behind them and who made em.
No tobacco papers which I really like. They have all kinds of hemp wraps. It's the only place I get text notifications on deals.

Absolutely fantastic customer service with a huge variety of pieces and wraps/cones. The staff who helped me told me all about even the history of pieces and was super helpful helping us pick out a grinder also. The fact this place only has 2 stars is criminal.

Toni did a matching tattoo on my friend and I. He did an amazing job. Sanitized thoroughly in between tattoos. Got us in on short notice. Made sure we approved of everything before he made a mark. Not entirely sure what these other reviews are about but I would definitely recommend going here for your next tattoo!

I go there all the time. The owner is pretty cool. However I went there today and there was nobody there while me and another person waited. Then this person comes out of the back and is short and rude with us and we are regulars. I made redemption ink and glass my smoke shop because they were all about the people and put the customer first. If this kid ran the smoke shop I would never go there. In conclusion the kid there lacks the basic understanding of putting the customer first and flat out respect. It is very disappointing considering that every interaction that I have had with the owner Joseph has been very positive

The tattoo artist is really really good just bad time management. Accepted to do my fiancé’s tattoo, but she got pushed back and rescheduled three times in a matter of two days to give priority to existing clientele. Then promised to fit my tattoo in the same night for rescheduling so many times but pushed mine off to the next day and never called back. However overall the artist was welcoming, really cool and does good work, if you can handle him pushing your time slot back a few times I highly recommend him.
