First time getting a tattoo: walked in, absolutely clueless. The lady at the reception was welcoming and nice. Asked me what I want tattooed and what font I’d like. A few minutes later, Marco introduced himself and I briefly described what I wanted. He was respectful and nice. We had a nice conversation while he was working. Will definitely return in the future.

My daughter and I went together for nose piercings. Jacob was amazing! He was so kind, patient and professional. I’ve taken my older daughter for several other piercings and always the same stellar service. Definitely five stars!

I loved my experience here. Jacob was nice and helped me decide what piercings to get. I walked in knowing I wanted a piercing just didn’t know what. Jacob helped me instantly and told me what he thought would look good on my ears! I also got a smiley done. 10/10 recommend going to see Jacob for all your piercing needs!!

Got a dermal under my eye today and I'm totally satisfied. No swelling nor did my eye bruise. Staff was very professional and the piercer made me and a friend of mine completely comfortable the entire time we were there.

Not happy with my experience. Jacob was the piercer, I was talked over from the appointment to calling to see see how to care for my daughter's nose piercing bc she developed a bump, that I am still dealing with. I was told one thing, to then be told no I would not have told you that, as if I would make it up when I have no clue about this type of thing. So now 2 ointments later here we are. I feel if I would not have been talked over and interrupted mid sentence then maybe my question would have been understood and answered correctly. It's sad bc I drove out of town to this location based on reviews. The other guy whom I was told was the manger when I asked to speak to someone over him was very understanding and helpful. I was literally talked over and asked mid sentence so what's your question (so rudely) as I was trying to explain. When I spoke to him again he tried to disregard what I was told. I was hoping to get some tattoo work done however I will not return! I feel like it's becoming the norm that people just talk to people anyway and thats not the way it's supposed to be!

We love this place. Garys is the only place i get tattoo therapy. Bill is our artist we go to. He is at the Winterville shop. Bill is very talented. We have had several portraits along with sentimental tattoos. Give Garys a call. All their staff are very professional and talented people. Very clean shop. You cant go wrong. I was referred to Marco from a friend for a cover up tattoo. I sent him a few photos of what I had in mind and he did an amazing job! I fell in love with my new tattoo instantly. I get compliments on it often and I can’t wait to add more to my arm. For my initial appointment I got double booked, and the other person got there before me so I had to reschedule. Accidents happen, and Marco was quick to find me a new slot!

Updating: It is now a year and a half after my initial cover up, and Marco has done 3 other pieces on me. We just finished up a wrap around lower leg piece. I can’t say enough about Marco - he’s an awesome artist and always gives you what you want!

Make sure you walk in with 200. 60 deposit for your appointment. Then whatever you get either 140 or 150. The 60 don't go towards your tattoo. I love my tattoo. But that pricing error or whatever aint it. I have 7 tattoos before I got my 8th!...... going somewhere else for my next.

I went to this place to get pierced and they were super friendly IDK the guy name who done my piercing but he was nice so I got another piercing and let him do that one I gave him a tip because he was very nice the whole staff was nice.i will recommend this place.

I’ve gotten my tongue piercing here four times. Just because of personal reasons I take them out, but I got it re-pierced for the fourth time by Jacob. He is so kind and comforting and it was painless, out of all my piercing my tongue piercing was a 1/10. It feels like a slight pinch, not even the pain you bite your own tongue. Despite, getting it done multiple times I get nervous each time. But Jacob goes the extra mile by letting me hold onto his pants loops while he did it. Which makes it comforting to know that he does care about his clients too. It was done under less than a minute. I recommend Jacob 10/10, he knows what he’s doing. Never got an infection and or any complications. The receptionist was so kind, welcoming, and gave great advice, and she was genuine.
