I was nervous walking into wet bucket for my first tattoo, i wasn't 100% sure what i wanted, the receptionist was very kind and helpful, even though i didn’t know what i wanted she knew exactly my style and paired me up with ray, he suggested the tribal theme and i immediately like it, everyone there is extremely friendly, i’ve only worked with 1 artist, Ray, he did an awesome job with my black and grey tattoos, i really like his work. Ray did 3 tattoos for me so far 2 of them were cover ups, the price was very reasonable, I have no complaints, if you are looking to get a tattoo close from home in Sneads Ferry, 10/10 would recommend going to Wet Bucket.

UPDATE: Their customer service was above and beyond expectation while addressing my complaint. They were extremely polite and apologetic, contacted me in multiple ways to ensure my form could be completed and gave a gift when I returned. Thank you for handling this and being so sincere and empathetic towards my irritation.
Just drove from the far side of Jacksonville to get here for a simple signature on a medical form and it is currently 7:30pm. It's closed, all lights off so obviously they don't honor their posted business hours online or boldly posted on their door. I'm disappointed in the lack of professionalism when I even called in advance to confirm their hours. Waste of gas, money, and time that could've been avoided by simple communication.

For nearly a year now I’ve been going to this shop to have work done. To say I’ll keep going back is an understatement. I’m almost done with full sleeves on both my arms. I’m getting the proverbial itch to start my legs.
The work is amazing no matter who you sit down with. The artists are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. They also build each other up and learn from one another. The atmosphere is genuinely a great place to be in.

A friend of mine went and got a tattoo done, they did not prep his arm (shave nor disinfectant the area to be tattooed), they did not give him any aftercare suggestions and because of the lack of knowledge on the artist part my friend now has several infected areas on his arm. I had considered going to this location for my next piece but after seeing and hearing about my friend's experience I will not be going to them for any future tattoos

Went and got my 8th tattoo at WetBucket. I've had 3 different artistis tattoo me since their move to the new location . Everytime I've gone in it's always ben a chill environment. Staff is super friendly and very helpful!! All my artist were so easy to work with.. Definitely a great place to go if your in town or live in the area !! I know I'll continue going to WetBucket for more art!
