Freedom Ink Tattoo

THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING!!! Paul did an amazing job on my arm! I gave him an idea of what I wanted ( Watercolors, flowers, lyrics of a song my brother wrote me and his handwriting at the end) He came up with an incredible idea for a sleeve and we went with it! After 3 sessions of careful planning the majority of it is finally done! After finishing we talked about shading in the future after healing and all. I have pictures from a few days after so its into the healing process, but will post Pictures after the healing as well. sorry im not the best photographer, I tried though. I'm just super excited and want everyone to see...now. Oh! AND I accidently spilled a cup of coffee REALLY early into the day and they weren't even crazy mad they were super nice and funny about the whole situation ALWAYS have a great time going in there.

Hands down best experience,from consultation & connecting with the artist to the talent behind the art. 10/10 !

Came here with two friends to get very small matching tattoos (about an inch in size and just lines, no shading.) Our appointment was at 8:30 pm and we didn’t end up leaving until 12:30 am. The first thing we did when we walked in was pay. We then sat there for an hour and a half waiting for David to set up our 3 trays so then he could “get us in and out.” It then took him 2 and a half hours to do our 3 very small tattoos. He would get up, not say anything and walk to the back and then not come back for 30-45 min. At one point we went back to see what was going on and him and his girlfriend/fiancé were shut in the bathroom together. He was extremely slow and flustered the whole time. He never knew where any of his equipment/supplies was (even though it was right in front of him.) When he came out from the back to do the last friend (after being gone for 30 min) he had “marks” on his arms as well as in between his fingers that were actually bleeding. Leaving blood on his shirt. I have a pretty good idea of what was going on but not going to assume. There was also a 2 year old that was strapped into and infant seat in the back room the whole 4 hours which was extremely disturbing. So HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Me and my Boyfriend came in for some tiny Tree tattoos which wasn’t planned at all. Everyone was very kind and Was still willing to take us and work with us even though it was almost closing time which we appreciated very much . Jay did a GREAT job on our tattoos and we love them so much. thank you! We will def be back !

Went here with 3 other friends. Got there at around 8:40, they told us to get our own jewelry from Walmart or somewhere (first red flag) .then the piercer after doing the first one disappears in the back with who I assume was his GF or wife for 30 min. Very unprofessional. And then took until MIDNIGHT to finish the rest of the 3 piercings. THREE hours total for 4 piercing. Absolutely ridiculous. Was not very clean while he did my piercing, didn't see the other ones done. He put on his gloves on , then proceeded to touch his chair, piercing draw for the needle, scissors, and the packaging with the jewelry that was from Walmart that had been touched by I don't even know how many people. I will never go back here and never recommend it. I seriously do not know how this place has a 4.8 rating. Must have changed owners or something. Wish it was a better experience but it simply was not , they weren't rude but definetley not professional or clean while doing the piercing.

I had a WONDERFUL experience!! Diamond did her thing on my Tragus and Micro Derma!! Enjoyed the vibes!! Thanks for opening in Jacksonville Vinny.

Best tattoo shop I've been to! The artists actually care about the customers and are willing to work with you. The owner Paul does amazing work and is very reasonable with prices, I am extremely happy with my tattoo. I've been to many other shops in Jacksonville this was hands down the best experience I've had. I highly recommend Freedom Ink!

These tattoo artists get along with all kinds of people, not just "tattoo people". Anthony did business in an easy and professional way. I didn't have to wait in line, and he captured what I wanted in my tattoo perfectly, and kindly. He didn't have an overly heavy hand, I was never rushed, and my tattoo is healing better than any of my other tattoos ever had! Their prices are best in town, especially for their quality. I will definitely be going back.

Amazing work, amazing prices. Super friendly staff. Anthony did my first tattoo and two tattoos for my wife and they are exactly what we wanted! They take the time to draw out what you want and work with you on adjusting things. They ask how you're doing throughout the session, they really pride they're work. Would go here again for sure

Awesome shop! It seems like a hole in the wall place but it’s because they prefer quality over quantity and when it comes to a tattoo shop that should be standard. The environments chill but be aware this is a place of business and these artist take their clients seriously. If you tread lightly expect to be over looked. If you’re patient and respectful no doubt you’ll have a great experience and get a great piece done, above and beyond your expectations. I got a piece done by Domingo. Extremely professional. Mad skilled. I gave him a piece and he not only drew it up but drew a few alternates up and I end up choosing one of his alternates. This was all within a weeks notice. Couldn’t be happier with the work he did for me. Would recommend to anyone in the area and would go back in split second for any other pieces I want to get done.
