My experience at this shop was excellent! Chad is an amazing artist and very professional, and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The shop itself is very clean and looks beautiful inside. The staff here are also very nice, every time I came in I was greeted warmly and they made me feel welcome. A lot of shops I’ve been to have an intimidating or snooty vibe, but not here. It’s a relaxed, laid back yet upbeat and fun atmosphere. And the talent is outstanding, Chad made my tattoo look amazing and I will definitely be going to him for all my future tattoo needs 👍💯🤩

I love going to I & I tattoo shop the place has a great feel to it, a very unique atmosphere. It feels very classy and almost vintage while still feeling up beat and new. It is amazingly clean and you can tell they take cleanliness very seriously. The music selection is spectacular. They choose songs that I love and new ones I've never heard to create a great comfortable environment to get start experience. The artists are in my opinion the best in the capital region. This is the only place I go for my tattoo and piercing needs.

Karla was absolutely wonderful! It was my first time ever getting my ears pierced and she was so patient with me and answered all of my millions and millions of questions! I appreciate how clean the space was, as well. I would highly recommend I&I for piercings!
