I love this shop! Most of my work has been done here and I do not regret a second of it. It is clean and bright, has a good energy as soon as you walk through the door. The staff has a good camraderie and it makes for a fun time. I can't speak for everyone's experience, but my sleeve, done by owner Stuart St. Louis, won first place in watercolor at the Tattoo Fiesta last summer (2022), so that says a lot. If you decide to get ink here, know that that plaque hanging on the wall is for my nerdy Dungeons and Dragons themed sleeve! Thanks Stu...and all of the wonderfully talented artists at Cheeky Monkey!

I have been tattooed 3 times in this establishment and I have to say one of the cleanest shops I've ever been to, you can tell sanitization is a high standard! Everyone including the counterpeople are so friendly, I have work by both Isha and Cameron and they stand to be two of my favorite tats. Good times, good ink.

I've gotten all my tattoos through Stu, and I really can't recommend him enough!
Stuart is friendly, works quickly, and takes a lot of pride in his work so you always walk away with something beautiful. He works quickly but doesn't rush a tattoo, and I really appreciated him calling breaks during our longer sessions. I get compliments every time someone sees my tattoos, and people are shocked to learn my vibrant colors were inked over 6 years ago.
If you're thinking of getting your first tattoo, Stuart is one of the best people you could see. He has a light touch, is both knowledgeable and open to re-working designs, and he won't BS you when it comes to if the design will work and about the time you'll spend in the chair.
It might take a little to get in, but it's seriously worth it! :)

I’ve had Stuart do my last 3-4 tattoos. He free handed one and everything about it was amazing as well as the others he has gone. I’ve recommended multiple people to him and they’ve all had great experiences as well. Can’t recommend enough.

Cheeky Monkey is a professional and clean tattoo shop that makes anyone feel welcome whether you are going for your first or fiftieth tattoo. staff is extremely friendly and professional. Wore masks while tattooing, but not in the lobby which is a very open space, and everyone is vaccinated !
