Been going here for a year on 1 leg. 3 missed appointments by this tattoo shop. Unpleasant new appointment guy. Pushes work on you with color. Totally good work if you wanna do a Single piece. My husband asked to add things to my tattoo. Didn't listen. Highly upset his approach to the issue.

**My experience is solely based on customer service, not art, as I did not get tattooed here (as of now)**
I went in looking for jewelery because I had lost a ball to my industrial piercing. The artist i spoke with was super friendly and super helpful in explaining that the shop doesn't provide piercings (or jewelry) and then went a step further and suggested a shop in Reno as well as a few places locally that might be able to help in a "quick fix" dynamic. If i decide to get inked while I'm in town, I'm checking here for availability first!

Beautiful art and great customer service! They were able to work around my vacation schedule, and created something beautiful with what we wanted. I was a little nervous, but Jonny made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. I highly recommend Loser in Love for your next or first tattoo!

I was so happy they took me as a walk in so I could get a Mothers Day tattoo! I just wanted something simple, and I was there a total of an hour and a half, maybe two hours. The gentleman who helped me told me he's been doing tattoos for ten years, so they are experienced and super nice and helpful to make sure I got what I wanted. Definitely recommend 👌

Honestly one of the best tattoo experiences I’ve had in a while. Johnathan and his crew were super patient and good guys. If you are visiting military please be patient - these guys are doing a ton of work. I shot him an email and he called me when he could get me in - easy day. I’ll be back!

Johnny did an amazing job. I love my ink. I thought it was going to painful but Johnny did an awesome job it wasn't as painful as I thought. He was a great and nice guy. Also very helpful and got right in. I sure recommend this place to everyone. I for sure will go there again.
